Boy Monster Chapter 20

To use his sensing ability, his consciousness had to be awake. If he lost consciousness, the release of control would be useless. Jae Eunho made one last desperate effort. The Four Heavenly Kings Buddhist painting pattern on the back of his hand shimmered faintly, then faded.

Lying face down on the mountain path, Jae Eunho felt his consciousness slipping away. The beards and fierce eyes of the Four Heavenly Kings struggled against the anesthetic.

Just before losing consciousness, he wasn’t sure whether to be grateful or not, but the man pressing his lower body with the machine gun brought Eunho’s legs together. Eunho screamed as he felt a piercing pain in his left knee joint.

“Ah-Aagh-!”

He heard sinister laughter. It was the moment the barrel of the machine gun pierced Jae Eunho’s bare skin.

A short scream echoed, and then the strangers suddenly fell silent.

“Nice to see you, friends. Eating something delicious before meeting me?”

An unforgettable, deep voice resonated above him. The ground shook violently. A shadow, clad in a brown pre-trial detention uniform, landed heavily on the dark mountain path.

“Don’t hog the delicious food, give me some too. Don’t be stingy.”

The dark figure grinned as it approached. A dark red lump wriggled beneath his cheerfully smiling lips. Shi Taehyun spat something out, ptooey, but what it was couldn’t be seen. He casually dropped what he had been holding in one arm onto the ground, thud. He had been holding it so lightly that Eunho assumed it was bedding, but looking closer, it was a bloody corpse.

The strangers who had just kidnapped Eunho were all lying under the trees. It looked as if they had been hit by something like a sledgehammer, with the skin and flesh around their heads and ears torn off.

Shi Taehyun’s hands were free of handcuffs. Eunho could only deduce one thing: Shi Taehyun was in cahoots with these men. He had been working with the kidnappers from the beginning, had caused this chaos to escape, and clearly intended to kidnap Jae Eunho and flee somewhere far away.

Eunho fought desperately against his collapsing consciousness, as if he were experiencing sleep paralysis.

Shi Taehyun’s messy hair, as he approached, was soaking wet from the rain. As if he had been standing in the drizzle for a long time. The image of the winged, half-human, half-beast sitting atop the guard tower flashed through his mind.

Shi Taehyun untied Eunho’s hands and said,

“You guys wait, you’re out of order. Me first.”

A heavy weight pressed down on him. He couldn’t believe it. Shi Taehyun had straddled Eunho’s chest. He couldn’t breathe, crushed under his heavy frame. Rain-soaked hands wrapped around Eunho’s neck.

That’s right, Shi Taehyun was a terrible criminal. There was no reason for him to save Jae Eunho. Eunho’s bare feet flailed in the air.

“You guys don’t know, do you? This teacher is a very scary person. Someone who wouldn’t hesitate to kill even his destined partner. You could die if you rush in just based on looks.”

…Did Shi Taehyun mean he knew that Jae Eunho had killed the SaHwelju? Even assuming he had been lurking around Jae Eunho beforehand, that couldn’t be. It was something that absolutely shouldn’t happen. It was a national secret that even the S.E.T.U. members barely knew. There was no way he could know.

“He’s just a toy to fuck and throw away, don’t get too involved.”

That couldn’t be true. It shouldn’t be. Repeating this countless times in his mind, Jae Eunho grabbed his arms. He couldn’t be strangled to death like this. He had to uncover the identity of Shi Taehyun, who knew a national secret. If he was killed by him like this, national security could be at risk.

Shi Taehyun, holding Eunho’s neck, didn’t seem to be affected by the electric current at all. He remained indifferent even when Eunho grabbed his arms with his bare hands. Shi Taehyun, finally seeing Eunho’s face, abruptly stopped talking and released his grip.

“…Did they hit our teacher?”

The pressure constricting his body disappeared. Eunho gasped for breath frantically, but held onto his consciousness.

Gasp… Ah! PantGroanPant…!”

Shi Taehyun firmly stepped on the neck of a distant, fallen stranger. He heard a series of cracking sounds and the splattering of liquid. Shi Taehyun quickly made his rounds among the fallen strangers and returned.

Jae Eunho picked up a nearby stone and aimed for Shi Taehyun’s vital point. The fiercely thrown stone barely grazed his waist. Shi Taehyun, grabbing Eunho’s wrist and holding his own crotch with the other hand, shouted.

“Ah, this is a national treasure, you can’t touch this, hahaha!”

The heat radiating from Shi Taehyun’s body, pressing down on his chest again, subsided. Was he still high on drugs? The irezumi covering his body made his vision swim.

“Did you just shower?”

A demonic voice reached his ears.

“Should I dress you…?”

The image of him smiling, violating Jae Eunho’s body again and again, flickered before his eyes. Jae Eunho knew. If this man really did such a thing, Eunho’s body wouldn’t remain intact. His violence and wickedness would undoubtedly force all sorts of humiliating positions and submission.

The demon, who enjoyed the smell of blood, would be anticipating the scenes of him rampaging and panting, but he wouldn’t get what he wanted. Even the slightest skin-to-skin contact was painful, and if their genitals were joined, a powerful electric shock, enough to make him faint, would course through him. Eunho, thinking of the strange connection, scoffed at him.

Shi Taehyun, staring intently at the fading pattern on Eunho’s hand, gently stroked Eunho’s hair as he lay almost immobile. And then, he opened his mouth and uttered unspeakable words.

“You miss the dead Hwelju’s dick, don’t you?”

His words violated, pierced, and shattered Eunho’s body.

“You’ve been looking for someone to replace the dick you killed. Why not get fucked by a national treasure? You won’t even think of your husband.”

Eunho’s wide eyes were glazed with hatred and rage, and blood vessels stood out around the edges of his white sclera.

Meanwhile, Shi Taehyun pulled Eunho’s clothes up to his neck. Facing his exposed chest and abdomen, he shouted towards the sky, “Oh, God of the Six Realms! Thank you!” He had the illusion that his wicked grin was stretching endlessly upwards.

“Now, how many centimeters am I? If you guess correctly, I’ll only fuck you three times and then stop. If you’re wrong, we’ll do it all night.”

His captured hand touched a hard lump. His breath hitched at the circumference, difficult to gauge, and the burning heat. In a moment of clarity, Eunho let slip,

“Even if you do, it’ll only hurt you. It’s a pain I’m… used to, but you don’t know.”

“Wow…! You’re that tight?”

“If you want to know what a tens of thousands of volts electric shock feels like… go ahead and try.”

“Stop provoking me. Fuck. I’m even harder now.”

Feeling the unbelievable heat swelling in his hand, Jae Eunho averted his gaze. His eyelids fluttered slowly.

Sigh… Shi Taehyun exhaled deeply towards the sky. It was the excited breath of someone preparing for pleasure before starting a ritual.

“I’ve been waiting, teacher.”

Did he mean he had been waiting for him? Did he mean he had been waiting for this moment of sadistic pleasure in this urgent, criminal situation?

When he finally managed to focus, he saw two eyes set ablaze. Immediately after facing them at such close proximity, Eunho fell into darkness. The last thing he sensed was a hot, blood-tinged scent.

Shi Taehyun knocked Jae Eunho unconscious with a blow to the back of his head. True to his reputation as Sa Yeonri, the best sensing ability user, Jae Eunho hadn’t lost consciousness even after being injected with an enormous amount of anesthetic. Only after Shi Taehyun’s punch did his small head slump down.

Shi Taehyun laid Jae Eunho down comfortably. Jae Eunho’s limp head lolled in Shi Taehyun’s hand. He took off his crooked glasses and brushed his eyelids. The long, thick eyelashes tickled his fingertips.

His fingers, tracing Eunho’s ragged breathing, moved down to the skin below his neck. Jae Eunho’s naked body, fully exposed, was pale and toned. A few red scratches, clearly obtained during the operation, made the skin of his upper body appear even whiter. Two small nipples stood out prominently on the luscious skin, even in the darkness.

Shi Taehyun scratched down the center of Eunho’s chest with two fingers. Then he pressed the bare skin between his sternum and abdomen. He savored the soft, yielding elasticity, and a drop of blood fell onto Jae Eunho’s unguarded face, drip.

Blood dripping from Shi Taehyun’s head was falling onto Jae Eunho’s cheek. He had been quite splattered with blood while taking care of obstacles on his way here.

“It’s blood, not cum, so bear with it. I’ll wipe it off.”

Even while babbling nonsense, Shi Taehyun’s expression hardened. It was because of a strange sense of déjà vu.

The liquid dripping from Shi Taehyun and staining Jae Eunho’s cheek felt like a déjà vu. He had the illusion that he was witnessing a scene he had seen in the past.

Red drops of blood accumulated on Jae Eunho’s clean face. Jae Eunho, with his eyes closed, looked oblivious. Shi Taehyun stared for a moment at the drops of blood falling onto Eunho’s face, drip, drip.

“…….”

As he moved closer, their breaths mingling, Shi Taehyun wiped away the blood on Eunho’s face. After wiping it clean, he forcibly smoothed the frown between Eunho’s eyebrows. With his furrowed brow relaxed, he finally looked like someone peacefully asleep.

—Because it hurts like the falling rain

It was time to pay attention to the music playing from somewhere. He looked around the dark mountain. The sound was coming from the pocket of a dead stranger.

—This painful rain has come

Shi Taehyun slowly laid Jae Eunho down and stood up. He walked over and took the phone the stranger had been hiding. The music seemed to have started playing automatically when he fell. The background image on Jae Eunho’s phone was the moon, changing according to the lunar cycle. A D-DAY countdown was displayed on the moon, showing how many days remained until the September lunar eclipse.

He pressed the next button, smearing blood on the screen, and some old-fashioned swing jazz started playing. It was the same even after skipping a few more times. “Song of Hope.” Shin Hae Chul. Gang San-eh. Shi Taehyun let out a cynical laugh.

The keyring attached to Jae Eunho’s phone jingled.

Shi Taehyun looked closely at the keyring. It was a miniature of a traditional rectangular sky lantern, decorated with butterfly patterns on both sides. He shook the phone, and the small bell jingled again.

The clear sound of the sky lantern keyring echoed several times in the dark forest.

The gunfire coming from inside the detention center was not normal. The chaos of the inmates released from solitary confinement was escalating into a riot. Shi Taehyun’s dark grey eyes slowly turned towards the detention center. A chilling glint flashed in his cold eyes.
