The Reason Why the Forsaken Fake Returned Chapter 100
Shailoh woke to the feeling of an arm wrapped around her waist. As she opened her eyes, she realized she was lying in bed. A quiet breath brushed against the nape of her neck. The man lying behind her, pressed close like two spoons stacked together, had his head buried against her shoulder. She blinked in silence, then, using the faint dawn light filtering through the closed curtains as her lantern, gently removed the hand encircling her waist.
“Mmm…” Caleb, frowning in his sleep, rolled over to the other side.
Shailoh, who had been gazing down at his platinum hair, now quietly studied his sleeping face. It was an unfamiliar sight. Ever since their first night together, there had been almost no mornings when he’d still been beside her the next day.
“Sasha.”
“Ah, mmh…!”
“You can let go.”
He had let her take the lead last night, just as she wanted. But after climaxing once, he’d quickly reclaimed control. He was a bit gentler than he’d been two days ago, but he still left marks all over her body, biting her neck and leaving visible traces. Now that she was aware of it, her nape stung a little. Shailoh unconsciously reached up to touch the spot. She let out a quiet sigh and swung her legs off the bed.
Last night hadn’t been just about sex. It meant something to her. Even though she’d been through hell and back at a young age, Shailoh had always been inexperienced when it came to sex, always swept along by him. The brief moment when she’d held the reins herself was more exhilarating than she’d expected. Remembering how she’d pinned Caleb beneath her, when he was always the one on top, sent a rush of blood through her entire body.
“Sasha.”
She shuffled over to the couch and sat down. Maybe it was her movement that woke him, because Caleb called her name. Shailoh slowly turned to look back at the bed.
Instead of speaking, Caleb patted the empty spot beside him a few times. He was telling her to come back and lie down. Shailoh stifled a laugh at how natural the command sounded, but she returned, lifted the covers, and slipped into bed. A strong arm wrapped tightly around her waist. Caleb caged her in, as solid and unyielding as steel bars, and quickly fell back asleep.
Not long ago, Shailoh could not even imagine escaping him, but now she believed it was possible. Letting out a silent yawn, she closed her eyes again.

Time at the villa stretched on longer than she’d expected. Despite being told it would only be a few days, nearly ten had already passed. After the first time Shailoh had taken the initiative in bed, Caleb had started letting her take control more often. That wasn’t the only thing that changed. Unlike before, when he would disappear the morning after, now it was common for Shailoh to wake up first.
Like the saying, ‘If you can’t avoid it, just enjoy it,’ Shailoh learned about seduction and sex firsthand through experience, and she improved quickly. She rode him, moving her hips on her own, figured out the positions that felt best for her, and became more honest about her pleasure. Panting, she moved her hips atop his body herself, discovering the positions that pleased her most and becoming more honest about her desires. She no longer suppressed her moans. Whenever she neared climax, she would reach out pleadingly and wrap her arms around Caleb’s neck. At those moments, his thrusts only became faster, his penis driving mercilessly deep inside her.
“Hh, hngg, ah…!”
The relentless thrusts made Shailoh’s vision spin. As the climax surged through her, she threw her head back and let out a moan. Just before he came, Caleb withdrew and released his seed onto her lower abdomen.
“Haa…”
As she looked up at him in complete disarray, his turquoise eyes glistened with pleasure.
“You’re improving every day, Sasha.”
“Thanks to having a good teacher.”
As Shailoh tried to get up, catching her breath, a large hand wrapped around her shoulder and the back of her knee, lifting her up.
“I can get up on my own.”
“Planning to collapse again?”
With a teasing grin, Caleb carried her slowly to the bathroom and set her down in the warm water he had prepared. Unlike the first few days when he had been rough and insatiable, he now gently untangled her long hair and washed it with care. Surprised, Shailoh grabbed his hand.
“You don’t have to do this.”
“I want to, so don’t say anything.” He softly removed her hand and rinsed the shampoo out with lukewarm water.
Tilting her head back, Shailoh quietly enjoyed the serene atmosphere as she surrendered to his touch. The man who had once treated her like a plaything had become unexpectedly gentle and kind. Though he was always absent during the day, he would return with gifts. Sometimes they were flowers she liked, other times cakes. Occasionally, they were accessories like earrings or rings.
It was a scenario she couldn’t have imagined on the first day. In the past, she would have been overjoyed by his affection, attention, and gifts, but now everything had changed. Shailoh accepted his gifts with a facade of happiness, but inside, she harbored a cold blade.
Feeling his hands clumsily mimic the massage she had once given him, Shailoh abruptly spoke. “How are things outside?”
“Why?”
“I’m curious about Lady Perus and other matters.” Feigning ignorance of his subtly lowered voice, she continued cheerfully. “How are the political affairs? Have you intercepted any letters between the queen and the duke?”
There was no response. Caleb silently finished washing her hair and stood up. With a splash, he settled behind her. The tub was large enough for both, so Shailoh quietly accepted the arms wrapping around her waist.
Kissing the nape of her neck, Caleb suddenly asked, “What about just living without knowing anything?”
“…Without knowing anything?”
“Aren’t you satisfied with life here? I told them to cater everything to you, meals and all.”
“It’s not that I’m dissatisfied with this place.” Shailoh answered softly, resting the back of her head against his broad chest.
Surprisingly, Caleb was trying to cover the sky with his hands. They were both deliberately ignoring the truth they already knew. The fact that he had summoned her here and imprisoned her, and the reason behind it. No matter how much his feelings might have changed, nothing could undo what he had done to her. The dice had already been cast, and she had no intention of stopping now.
“You still haven’t found any decisive evidence, have you?”
“…Not yet.”
“Then I’ll just have to find it myself.”
“What do you mean by that?”
The arms around her waist tightened. Ignoring the hardness pressing insistently against her backside, Shailoh brought up the topic Caleb had tried to avoid. “I’ll have to seduce Prince Albert and get some critical information out of him.”
The gentle atmosphere froze in an instant. Even as his silence screamed for her to stop, Shailoh stubbornly pressed on. “Well, aside from the updates, you should start telling me about Prince Albert’s tastes in women too. I think I know enough about his sexual preferences by now.”
“Get on your hands and knees.”
The moment she finished speaking, a cold voice ordered.
“…What?”
“Lean forward in the tub, hands down, ass up.” His tone left no room for refusal.
Biting her lower lip, Shailoh slowly shifted into position.

The next day, her confinement at the villa was lifted, but things only got worse. Caleb summoned her to his mansion at all hours, as if calling for a prostitute. Every time she was summoned, Shailoh tried desperately to escape, even as she was driven to climax over and over. But his strong hands always dragged her back, forcing her to endure the hellish pleasure.
“Hngh… Aah… Aah!”
The sound of flesh slapping against flesh, the wet squelch of water, and their ragged breaths echoed through the spacious room. Soon, as she reached her peak, Shailoh collapsed in exhaustion. When she opened her eyes again, it was the middle of the night. Her vision, now accustomed to the darkness, caught the sight of a bare back. The man, slipping his arms into a dress shirt, turned around.
“Sasha.”
“…”
“You’re awake.”
Shailoh forced a twisted smile with the last of her strength. She knew the more miserable she looked, the more he would mock her.
“You can stay the night if you want.”
His so-called mercy only made her angrier. Barely managing to keep her smile, Shailoh gripped the blanket tightly. As the silence stretched on, Caleb, now fully dressed, turned back to her.
“You’ve learned quite a bit, Shailoh. You’re ready for the mission now.”
“It’s all thanks to your teaching. I guess Your Highness has spent a lot of time whoring around in brothels.”
It was a petty jab. Yet Caleb let out a low, rumbling laugh.
“Whoring around? Where did you pick up language like that?”
“Just like Your Highness starts cursing when you’re angry, I pick things up here and there.”
“You really are a quick learner, Miss Shailoh.”
She had thrown those words at him with gritted teeth, but unfortunately, he didn’t even seem to feel a tickle.
“And not only that. You tighten better than any prostitute I’ve ever had. You have a real talent, Miss Shailoh.”
“Thank you.” Shailoh forced a smile through gritted teeth and managed to pull the blanket, which had slipped down to her waist, back up to her shoulders. “I’ll be sure to tell Prince Albert tomorrow. Thanks to his kind older brother’s help, I’ve learned how to serve him well.”
As exhaustion washed over her and she turned away, Caleb’s hand, which had been tying his necktie, suddenly stopped. He approached silently, grabbed her shoulders, and turned her so she was facing the ceiling.
“What are you—!”
As Shailoh tried to resist his rough handling, she gasped. In the darkness, his sharp eyes glared at her like a predator.
“I told you to seduce him, not to sell your body.”
“…”
“If you so much as try with that bastard without my permission, the moment I hear about it, I won’t let it slide.”
Caleb bared his teeth as he delivered the warning, demanding an answer. Reluctantly, Shailoh averted her gaze and nodded. Slyly, his gentle fingers traced along her ear, behind it, and down her neck. The sensation, like smoke on her skin, made her feel as if she might suffocate.
“Sasha.”
Reluctantly, Shailoh lifted her head and met his turquoise eyes, which stared down at her without blinking. A few strands of his disheveled platinum hair clung to his forehead, a stark contrast to his usual immaculate appearance.
“You must be very tired.” Caleb gently caressed her cheek with the back of his hand before straightening up as if he hadn’t just been so aggressive. “I pushed you too hard yesterday. Take a good rest today.”
As his footsteps receded, a chill of foreboding crept up her spine. Shailoh hurriedly called out to him as he was about to leave the room.
“The deal!”
“…”
“You promised to uphold the deal. You said you’d release me if we both fulfilled our parts equally.”
There was no response. Instead, the next day, Shailoh received a letter from him. It was an order to begin the mission immediately.
