I’m Trying to End This Possession Chapter 201
“I’m sorry, Noah.” Dana apologized calmly. “I didn’t expect things to turn out like this either.”
“Then call it off,” Noah demanded in a voice crushed by anger. “Call it off right now.”
“…”
“How could you even think of becoming my sister-in-law? Don’t be ridiculous. I’d rather die.”
But his anger was just a facade, as always. Dana saw that Noah’s eyes were filled with overwhelming fear. And she realized once again. That Noah really loves her.
“I’m sorry. But Noah, this is…” Dana trailed off briefly. “This isn’t a real marriage. It’s just a strategic alliance, made because we both need something.”
It was nothing more than a temporary agreement that would dissolve once their needs were met. Dana felt uneasy but forced herself to speak evenly. “We’ll part ways after having a child.”
“…A child?”
“Yes.”
“You’re going to have a child. With Brother?”
“That’s right. That would make the child your nephew, Noah.” Dana spoke bluntly on purpose. Noah would find out sooner or later anyway. It was better for him to know everything at once.
Noah glared at her with a look like he was about to break. He looked furious, and also as if he might cry at any moment. Then he spat out, “Don’t you know how I feel?” His voice sounded almost desperate, and Dana dropped her gaze. Noah continued, “Ever since I was young, I’ve always…”
“…”
But that was as far as he went. Noah’s lips closed. He didn’t say another word, as if he knew that letting it out would make him crumble completely.
“I’m sorry.”
Dana didn’t really want to hear it, either.
“I just regret that things turned out this way. I’m sorry.”
She felt sorry seeing the big man just trembling there. She was truly sorry for Noah. But that was all. Dana had no intention of risking her life on Noah’s little game of love.
A cold silence settled between them. How much time passed?
“There’s no need for you to be sorry.” At some point, Noah’s face grew calm. He wasn’t shaking anymore. He just stared at her with eyes full of extreme disgust and intense hatred. “I should be thankful. You let me see what kind of woman you really are.”
“…”
“I should’ve known the moment you touched me so casually.” Then he pulled something from his pocket and hurled it roughly. A small box hit the wall and rolled across the floor. “I have no interest in cheap women who go around seducing men with their bodies.”
“I hope you meet a good woman someday.”
“Save it. I don’t need your filthy prayers.” Noah spat the words viciously. “Go ahead and keep using that vulgar body as you please.” With that, he turned and strode out of the room.
Dana gazed after his retreating figure, then looked at the object he’d thrown. It was a small box, padded with red leather and lavishly decorated with jewels. She slowly reached out and picked it up. Click, the lid was opened.
“…”
It was a ring. Dana silently stared at the large diamond. He picked a beautiful one. With a blank expression, she closed the box again.
Dana realized calmly. Noah’s first love had just ended. Or rather, it had changed. Into a deeper, hotter emotion. In the form of hatred.

“What?” Allice jumped to her feet.
Wilhelm carefully supported her shoulders. “Easy, Allice. You need to be careful. What if you startled the baby?”
“Your Majesty. What did you just say? Pardon?”
“I hear Viego Windsor has a fiancée.”
Brother Viego is engaged?! It was a world-shattering shock. That stone-faced man, engaged? But more importantly—
“His fiancée is my sister?” Allice’s mind went blank.
Viego’s fiancée was Sandra’s hidden daughter. In other words, she was Allice’s sister too!
“I heard her name is Danaena Rolland.”
“How old is she? Is she older than me? Is she my younger sister or older sister?”
“I don’t know. Why not ask your mother, Sandra?” As Wilhelm spoke, his eyes held a look of blatant contempt. “Ah. Then again, maybe your mother has so many illegitimate children she can’t keep track.”
Allice was suddenly overcome with emotion. He’s insulting Mom! But still, Mom, what on earth were you thinking?
Sandra had Rumie with another man even before marrying Carl. And now, it seemed she’d had a daughter during her marriage by having an affair. Honestly, no wonder Dad divorced you, Mom.
After the divorce, Carl disappeared. Allice worried about him. For her father to vanish for so long, he must have been really shocked. Well, with her mother having had forty-seven lovers, it was understandable… Still, if I have a baby, I hope Dana comes to visit at least once.
Allice pouted her lips. Yes, Dad must come back. What if Danaena Rolland really is Dad’s daughter? Yeah, with Mom cheating so much, maybe she mistook her for another man’s daughter.
Allice made up her mind. When her father returned, she’d try to get her parents back together. Dad will surely be happy to have a new daughter like Danaena.
With that thought, Allice’s feelings toward her new sister became a little less negative. Her father, mother, Rumie, and her new sister Danaena. She was determined to unite her family in harmony.
“By the way, Allice. You threw away that tea your mother gave you, right?”
“What?”
“That tea she said would help your insomnia. I told you not to drink it, remember?”
Allice pressed her lips tightly together. She’d had insomnia since she was very young, and her mother always gave her tea leaves that were supposed to help her sleep. Without that tea, Allice could hardly sleep at all. Why does he even have to control what I drink?
Wilhelm had secretly taken the tea away for testing and declared it was of unknown origin, banning her from drinking it. Of course, Allice kept drinking it in secret. It was from her mother—why shouldn’t she drink it?
“What you drink goes to our son in your belly. You should avoid suspicious things.”
“…”
“If you want to give birth to a healthy golden-haired boy, you must be careful with everything you do.”
So annoying. Allice was getting tired of Wilhelm. He was conservative and always tried to control everything she did. And why does he keep insisting the baby is a boy? It could be a girl.
After Wilhelm left, Allice headed to Raios’s office. Seeing Raios always made her feel better whenever she got tired of Wilhelm.
“…Your Majesty?”
The room was thick with cigar smoke. Allice coughed as she slipped in. Where is His Majesty…? She stopped in her tracks. Dozens of empty liquor bottles littered the floor.
“That guy isn’t good enough.” And Raios was lying stretched out on the sofa, smoking a cigar. “Viego Windsor, this is betrayal. How could you do this to my sister? Someone like you, the promise…”
Was he dreaming, or just drunk and hallucinating? He muttered into the air.
How much had he drunk? He didn’t even seem to notice Allice entering. And the cigar smoke…
“Dana.”
“…!”
What did he just say?
Allice hurried out of the room. Her heart pounded ominously. What did I just hear? Dana? Was he calling for Sister Dana? A wave of fury shot through her.
How could he? His pregnant wife was about to give birth, and he was thinking of his old lover? This was emotional infidelity—practically murder of her character! And what did Sister Dana do to him to leave such a mark even now—
“Ah!”
Just then, a stabbing pain made Allice collapse. And it wasn’t just that—Her water broke.
“Your Highness!”
“Are you alright, Your Highness?”
Servants hurried to support her. Allice clung to them.
“Do-Doctor, please. Quickly.”
The baby was about to be born.

The audacity of her to call Raios “emotional infidelity” when she herself is having an affair with his father and calling herself pregnant with Raios baby is INSANE! What MADNESS! Lmao
