Kisa’s gentle hand wiping away her tears only made Biche pour out hotter tears, burying herself deeper into his embrace.

Before she knew it, the bandage wrapped around his wrist was thoroughly soaked with her tears.

Seemingly annoyed at being unable to even properly dry her tears, a faint frown etched itself between his brows.

“Don’t cry.”

“Sob… Hic…”

“If it hurts, should we stop here?”

The moment he tried to slowly pull his waist back, Biche hastily grabbed Kisa’s shoulders.

Kisa stopped moving and looked down at her with surprised eyes

.
“No, keep going… please.”

She pulled Kisa into a tight embrace and moved her hips herself.

She let out pained moans as she swallowed the large member stretching her entrance, bit by bit.

Kisa, who had been stiff and rigid for a moment, soon began to slowly push his hips forward.

“Don’t hold your breath. Keep breathing out slowly.”

He pressed his large palm firmly against her lower abdomen and pushed into her slowly.

Staring down intently for a moment at her, who was grunting as she tried to take him in, Kisa ran his tongue over the inside of his mouth and tilted his head slightly.

“…It really hits me again how foolish I was back then.”

“Huh…?”

“You said we first met on the pirate ship a long time ago, remember?”

“M-me…?”

“A grey-haired boy I thought was a slave. Did that disappear from your memory too?”

Because Kisa suddenly started moving his hips again, she couldn’t say anything more.

Moving his hips rapidly, he gently licked the bite marks left on her chest with his tongue.

“I should have taken you with me back then. Before the Godfather threw you to that bastard Hildert, I should have…”

“B-back then, I… hic, ah…!”

“I had plenty of chances, but like an idiot, I kicked them all away.”

He kneaded her breast, which filled his hand, and then took her nipple into his mouth, biting down hard.

As he gently nibbled, teasing the area around it with his teeth, she trembled and pulled his head tightly into her embrace.

The times when Biche held him tight, as if she would never let him go, moved him the most.

Even if those small hands were to choke his neck, he thought it would simply be ecstatic.

“Ahhk…!”

“Does it feel good here?”

He deliberately kept pressing the spot he’d discovered earlier with the tip, and Biche’s eyes grew increasingly hazy with tears.

Kisa swallowed her heightened moans and thrust into her more roughly.

The moment he pushed deep inside her, into the tight clenching of her inner walls, Biche also dug her nails deep into his back and climaxed in a blaze of pleasure.

“Ki… Kisa…!”

The hand that had been scratching his back, unable to withstand the aftershocks of her climax, fell limply.

Kisa, who had been enjoying the pleasant aftermath, slowly pulled out.

Then, he spread one of her thighs wide open and looked down at her openly.

Seeing her thoroughly soaked lower half, the veins on his neck bulged.

“Seems putting on new underwear was pointless.”

“Let go…!”

She struggled with all her might, but Kisa didn’t retreat.

Instead, he easily turned her body over and pressed himself against her from behind.

Biche instinctively pressed her buttocks against his wet body and buried her face in the pillow.

“Again…?”

As if asking why she would state the obvious, Kisa spread her thoroughly wet buttocks and pressed his member down firmly.

He moved slowly, having entered her deeply in one go, and covered her red-streaked back with kisses.

He licked the skin, rugged and scarred from the brands, as if caressing it, and pressed small kisses onto the marks that still seemed to carry a faint, strange scent.

Even Kisa himself found his feelings hard to handle.

The woman he had once tried to give up on had returned to his arms; what man could stay sane in such a situation?

“I’ll make that bastard die the most miserable death in the world.”

*Hic* *sob!*

“Tell me. Should I skin him alive? Then turn him into a leather doll and burn him to death again.”

“D-don’t say such s-scary things, ah, ha, hah…”

“Of course, even that wouldn’t cause him as much suffering as the pain you endured…”

Kisa gnawed on her bright red earlobe and smiled a smile brimming with elation, hidden from Biche.

If it were for the Godfather, he would have simply wanted Hildert dead.

A simple, burning desire for revenge and a sense of loss were his driving forces.

But for Biche, it was different. A cruelty that surprised even Kisa himself was raising its head.

He hadn’t imagined cutting the bastard’s wrists like his own, but the thought of scorching his back countless times with a branding iron kept surfacing in his mind.

He wanted to slice open the chest of Hildert—who must have held and manipulated Biche’s heart—while he was still alive, and mutilate his beating heart.

It was unlike Kisa, who usually detested getting blood on himself.

‘Now that I think about it, I was naked when I crashed the wedding too.’

In his extreme haste, he had even forgotten to summon his leather and wrap it around himself like armor.

He had run to this woman, drenched in disgusting blood.

“Everything with you is a first for me.”

“Ki… Kisa…”

“Defying the Godfather, deceiving him, floundering around like a fool because I fell in love…”

*Hic*

“Hating someone this intensely is also a first…”

Another cruel laugh escaped Kisa’s lips.

As he kissed her shoulder, he suddenly realized something.

He had thought the contempt and hatred he held for Hildert felt strangely familiar, and now he finally understood why.

“Sea monster…”

“Wh-what…?”

He pushed his body deep into her, making her jump in surprise, and muttered.

“Yeah… It was the sea monster.”

The cruel impulse to skin someone alive, the heart screaming to inflict pain on the other party by any means necessary.

It all resembled his former self, the one who had hated the sea monster.

The moment the oddly nagging question was resolved, he groaned by Biche’s ear and reached his climax.

Pouring himself into her limp form, he covered her branded back with incessant kisses.

Biche trembled as if sobbing, crushed under his massive body.

She was shaking from the fear that he might have discovered her true identity.

But he, knowing nothing, forced her head to turn and kissed her deeply.

Firmly convinced that the tears streaming down Biche’s cheeks and the trembling of her body were all because of pleasure.

* * *

The night sea was always silent and dangerous.

But right now, the greatest danger to Biche wasn’t the vast night sea. Nor was it Hildert, who could effortlessly stop her heart from anywhere.

The biggest threat was Kisa, who was holding her tightly in his arms.

“…You fool.”

With her body pressed tightly against Kisa’s under the thick blanket, Biche pinched his cheek hard; he was lying there with his eyes gently closed.

“Idiot.”

Even though the heat that had been churning inside her had completely subsided, Kisa’s body temperature still heavily filled the room.

“Blockhead…”

She whispered as if sighing and pinched his cheek again.

Then, the corner of Kisa’s mouth, whom she thought was fast asleep, twitched upwards subtly.

“What’s next? Nitwit? Moron?”

“No, I was going to say pervert.”

Biche deliberately spoke curtly to hide her confused inner thoughts.

She wanted to ask Kisa why he had muttered ‘sea monster’ and laughed while they were intimate.

Actually, she had a different question she wanted to ask.

‘Did he maybe realize I’m a half-breed…?’

‘Is that why he laughed? He laughed because it was so absurd, right? But if he can still hold me tight… if it’s okay that I’m not human…’

‘…Should I try asking subtly?’

Just as she resolved to place her hope on the sincerity he had shown her—BANG! A massive impact shook the entire ship.

The cup placed on the bedside table fell to the floor with a crash.

The oil lamp hanging from the ceiling swayed violently.

Kisa reflexively sprang up and rushed to the window.

He tore off the wooden plank covering the window in one go and looked outside. His expression hardened instantly.

“What is it? What’s happening?”

“An Imperial warship has closed in on us,”

Kisa answered succinctly, striding over to the bed and pulling on his trousers.

Biche also sluggishly followed suit and put her clothes on.

“It seems Hildert is here too.”

“Really…?”

“Don’t worry. He won’t be boarding this ship.”

His voice was as composed as ever, but his eyes were already gleaming like a beast that had caught the scent of blood.

He quickly put on his shirt and tightly wrapped Biche’s body in the blanket.
