Dramatic Persona

Yeon Seowon is a 7-year veteran actor who, after a certain incident, has been forced into obscurity for the past three years despite once being on a successful path. While he’s fine with not living as a star, he simply can’t give up acting. So instead of retiring, he’s been struggling and taking whatever work he can get.

Then one day, a golden opportunity arises to play a supporting role in a new drama by a star writer known for producing guaranteed hits. A supporting role? He’d take the role of the supporting character’s distant cousin-in-law if he had to!

“Just think of it as getting rid of those bastards all in one go, instead of having to deal with them separately. It’s no big deal.”

But as fate would have it, the director is his ex-boyfriend, and a fellow cast member is the very person who had an affair with that ex.

“I didn’t realize a fellow actor could be so cheap.”

To make matters worse, the male lead of the drama is Cheon Woojae, who has grievously misunderstood Seowon as a male prostitute selling his body to his own younger brother!

“Get your feelings in order. If you can’t, then crush them, shove them somewhere out of sight, and hide them. You have to.”

With a filming set that’s already a complete mess from the start… can this drama make it to its finale in one piece?

He quickly gained attention for his innocent, handsome looks and solid acting skills, but three years ago, a scene of him assaulting a fellow actor backstage at a film festival was broadcast live, and he has since been reduced to an unpopular, unknown actor. Nevertheless, he loves acting so much that he can’t leave the industry and just lingers around. On the outside, he acts tough and nonchalant, but his insides, which have become rags, are in a state where even he himself has not yet been able to properly open them up and has kept them closed.
