The Outsider Omega Wants to Be Alone! Chapter 23
The team leader was a subtly considerate person. He had taken a great liking to Lee Yuseong. Having heard that Lee Yuseong was weak to delicious things and that he liked desserts, the table would surely be prepared with specially selected artisan desserts. In fact, the staff were all happily enjoying coffee and refreshments, wondering what the occasion was.
But contrary to expectations that he would go eat right away, Lee Yuseong showed an unexpected reaction.
“What about hyung?”
“Hm?”
“Are you going to eat now too?”
It didn’t seem like he was being overly cautious. It looked like he was genuinely concerned about whether Kim Wooju would eat or not.
“No. I’ve gotten into the habit of not eating during shoots. I’ll eat later when we’re done.”
At his answer, Lee Yuseong’s pupils shook greatly. He’d thought this from the very first day they met—Lee Yuseong had such an expressive face. It was just hidden behind those thick horn-rimmed glasses.
“Yuseong can go eat. Let’s go together. I’ll have a glass of water.”
Kim Wooju wrapped his arm around Lee Yuseong’s shoulder and turned his body toward the reception table. He took a step, but—tug. Lee Yuseong stood his ground.
“Yuseong?”
“I won’t eat right now either.”
What was this about? Surprised by the sudden action, Kim Wooju tilted his head to check Yuseong’s face.
Face—not swollen.
Eyes—wide open.
Lips—not pouting.
Then what?
“It seems cooler not to eat during the shoot.”
“What?”
An unexpected answer, delivered with a resolute posture.
Kim Wooju almost burst out laughing because Lee Yuseong was so cute. But he didn’t laugh. Because of Lee Yuseong’s following words, spoken clearly and deliberately.
“Hyung looked really professional and cool during the shoot. I’m an amateur, and this is my first time. I’ll probably do poorly, but I thought if I could at least imitate hyung, who’s good at this, I might be able to do my part.”
The eyes of Lee Yuseong, saying this, sparkled like glass marbles. Kim Wooju looked down at him for a moment without answering, then playfully turned Lee Yuseong around and pulled him into a back hug.
“Ugh. Huh?”
Lee Yuseong made a strange noise. Kim Wooju, as if waddling along, walked Yuseong to the reception table like a penguin, swaying side to side.
“Yuseong, are you going to keep moving hyung?”
“I’ve never done that.”
“Hahaha.”
The most dangerous thing was that he said these things without any awareness at all.
“Let’s drink water. Water.”
“Can’t I just walk on my own?”
“Nope, you can’t.”
“…”
I want to slip my hands inside his clothes and touch that soft body all over. Since he’s so cute, I’d love to tease him mercilessly until he finally cries. Then, when he clings to me crying, I’ll soothe him gently.
If you knew I was thinking these things inside, you’d run away.
Kim Wooju had no intention of letting Lee Yuseong run away.
So he could suppress the impulse to press his lips to that white nape.

The two-shot shoot began.
“Now, you two hold hands and look this way.”
Standing in front of the camera, Lee Yuseong froze like a robot. When he fumbled and couldn’t even find Kim Wooju’s hand properly, Kim Wooju took his hand first.
“Let’s go for a ‘youth’ vibe. Okay, smile.”
Smile? How?
The corners of Lee Yuseong’s mouth twitched. He tried to pull them up somehow, but they wouldn’t obey, as if in spasm. Damn these useless facial muscles. How would he know how to use them when he’d never had to use them properly before?
“Mr. Yuseong. Don’t be too nervous. Could you smile showing your teeth?”
Showing… teeth.
Right. It’s not like there’s anyone who lives without smiling.
Lee Yuseong pulled the corners of his mouth and slowly opened his lips.
At that, the photographer and all the staff were shocked.
“Oh, oh, no. Not that scary expression.”
“Scary…”
I’ve never made a scary expression.
Feeling wronged, Lee Yuseong’s neck and ears turned bright red and puffed up.
Noticing him entering stage one of pufferfish mode, Kim Wooju let go of Yuseong’s hand and raised his own.
“Sir, can I use the sofa? Let me take the lead.”
“Sure. If Mr. Wooju does that, I’d appreciate it.”
The reflectors and lights moved toward the prop sofa.
Use the sofa? How?
While Lee Yuseong stood there clueless, Kim Wooju plopped down on the sofa. Then he spread both arms toward Yuseong.
“Come here.”
Brain freeze.
Yuseong’s gaze quickly scanned Kim Wooju. Kim Wooju in a loose white shirt. Kim Wooju, whose good physique was fully revealed. Kim Wooju, handsome down to every single strand of hair. An overwhelmingly fine, handsome Kim Wooju.
How am I supposed to approach someone like that. Yuseong just clenched his own hands for no reason.
But in fact, Lee Yuseong didn’t need to do anything at all.
Kim Wooju reached out and wrapped his hand around Lee Yuseong’s wrist. It was instantaneous. Just like when he’d been caught by Kim Wooju while running, Lee Yuseong’s body lost its balance and crumpled.
“Ugh.”
Thud. He fell into his embrace, and when he lifted his head, Lee Yuseong was straddling Kim Wooju’s lap with both legs.
Kim Wooju looked up at Lee Yuseong and smiled languidly.
“Then shall we begin.”
“Yuseong, you need to get closer.”
Kim Wooju didn’t leave alone Lee Yuseong, who was barely bracing himself on the sofa with his knees up. Whether intentional or accidental, when Kim Wooju bent his legs, his knee brushed against Lee Yuseong’s backside. Startled, Yuseong reflexively leaned his body forward.
Click. Click. Click.
“Ah.”
There was no time to even be conscious that photos were being taken. If he leaned any further, their chests would touch. A scent that was pleasant yet subtly sensual enveloped Lee Yuseong, stimulating him.
It was a familiar scent. Definitely Kim Wooju’s pheromone fragrance.
Since the shoot began, Kim Wooju’s smile had completely vanished. With the warm, gentle aura that always lingered around him gone, all that remained was a somehow dangerous atmosphere.
His mysterious and intense gaze felt like it would devour him. Even with no experience whatsoever, Lee Yuseong could sense in him the clear shape of desire, so vivid for someone so young.
“Yuseong.”
Whispering his name very softly, Kim Wooju pulled Lee Yuseong’s waist into an embrace. His hands were on the larger side. Lee Yuseong already knew how pretty those hands were, with their prominent knuckles. When those hands touched his waist, for some reason, a tingling shiver ran through him.
It was strange. His mind felt like it was melting. The tip of his tongue went dry, and his breath grew shallow. Feeling his body temperature rise, Lee Yuseong couldn’t move an inch. Kim Wooju’s pheromones seemed to be seeping out. Just enough to intoxicate Lee Yuseong. To freeze him. Secretly, so others wouldn’t notice. Very, faintly.
Was it just his imagination?
“Lee Yuseong.”
Kim Wooju pronounced the three syllables. The resonance was thick, as if sinking deep into high-concentration chocolate. He had never called Lee Yuseong by his full name before.
‘Why are you calling me that?’
Pushing his tongue between his teeth as if to hold back, he barely managed to keep himself from speaking.
Perhaps all of this was just acting.
Click. Click.
Even now, the camera was rolling. Video was being recorded, photos were being taken. The eyes of countless people were fixed on the two of them.
Kim Wooju was someone skilled at standing in front of the camera. Unlike Lee Yuseong, for whom this was his first time doing such work. In fact, hadn’t he just said he would take the lead? If so, it was possible he was creating this dangerous atmosphere to naturally guide the faltering Lee Yuseong.
Yes. It was dangerous.
