Chapter 59

I looked back at the woman who approached me with a puzzled look on her face. It seemed that she didn’t know it yet, but she must have a special harvesting skill or a skill that enhances luck tremendously. Either way, she was a valuable talent as a collector.

“I heard that you have the skill to collect… Did you collect this yourself?”

“Yes. I didn’t think there would be a separate storage method not long after I woke up. Like a fool…..”

‘Both of the sisters must be awakeners. Is the younger one a hunter?’

I looked at the little kid who said she didn’t like me and was begging me to go home quickly, and then called Yeon Seung-yeon.

“Seung-yeon, buy the happy weed and everything else. Ask the owner to help you with the price. I don’t even know how to store it, but do you at least understand the price?”

“Yes.”

The sisters looked at us with a surprised look when they heard that we were buying everything.

“Why are you suddenly buying everything? The fact that you helped us is enough. If it’s because of pity…”

“If I’m doing this out of pity, I would just use money. Why would I bother buying them? I am buying these things because they are all useful.”

I answered bluntly. While Yeon Seung-yeon was paying the price with the help of the boss, he asked the woman.

“I am Joo….. Ahem, Ho-hyun. What’s your name?”

“My name is Baek Dain.”

At that time, Baek Da-hye, who was hiding behind Baek Da-in, stuck out her head and shouted.

“How old are you, ahjussi? My sister is 26!”

Twenty-six? I was surprised at her older age. Baek Da-in was busy berating her younger sister for her rudeness.

“Da-hye! You’re really… Ho-hyun nim. No, you don’t have to worry about it…”

“Noona, give me your number.”

“What?”

When I took out my cell phone and handed it to her, the eyes of Yeon Seung-yeon and Baek Da-hye opened wide. Yeon Seung-yeon dropped the envelope and muttered.

“Ho, Ho-hyun nim. What… why…”

“Don’t seduce my sister! You fool!”

Baek Da-in looked back in wonder at the strong reaction of the two.

“Huh? Seduce? What’s wrong with you, Seung-yeon?”

“Da-hye, what are you talking about? He’s a guest.”

Yeon Seung-yeon’s eyes seemed to be asking if it was true, so I tilted my head curiously.

“What? I’m trying to buy ingredients, of course.”

“Ah………”

“Customer ahjussi can just come and buy it!”

The title was upgraded just because he opened his wallet. I asked Baek Da-in while looking at her.

“You come out every day? You have to collect the ingredients.”

“No. I don’t have a fixed date yet. It hasn’t been long since I started my business….”

Glancing at the disorganized stall, Baek Da-in smiled miserably.

“Also, I’m thinking about whether I should move.”

“Give me your number. I’ll come on the day you open it. Do you take individual orders?”

“Me, me? But even if you order, there’s no guarantee that you’ll get it.”

“You’ll be able to do it.”

Baek Da-in’s eyes grew bigger when I spoke with reasonable confidence. When the hand that had covered her mouth for a while returned to its original place, Baek Da-in’s face disappeared a little.

As I went back to the workshop with the ingredients I bought from Baek Da-in full of both hands, Yeon Seung-yeon, who was hesitating next to me, asked.

“Ho, Ho-hyun nim.”

“Why?”

“Are you going to use Ms. Baek Da-in as a collector?”

I paused at the question of Yeon Seung-yeon.

A collector was a mercenary hired by the producers. The materials required for advanced production were difficult to obtain, and there was not much demand as they were special, so they had to be supplied directly from the Dungeon.

I also have to hire a collector since I don’t have any Nox guild members who will find the ingredients just by saying the word… … .

“Baek Da-in is…”

The problem was that the potions I’m trying to make are very high grade and the materials are very hard to come by. In fact, I knew she had good talent with happy weed, but I couldn’t consider her a collector. I shook my head and answered.

“No. Not Baek Da-in.”

“Why, why?”

“Just by looking at her, she doesn’t look like she has any combat power.  What if she dies after going into dungeon to fulfill my request? One or two times may be enough, but to collect ingredients exclusively, you must be at least a Grade A Hunter or higher.”

At my words, Yeon Seung-yeon slowly nodded his head.

“I see. Since Ho-hyun said he wanted to start research right away, we should also work on recruiting collectors. However, since we’re a new workshop, will hunters with grade A or higher be found…”

“Don’t worry! Kang…. Joo Ho-hyun is saying that he is recruiting collectors. How can anyone kick this kind of honor away? People will soon line up.”

“I’ll do my best too!”

***

The ingredients and supplies needed to make potions were stacked in three pantries in the basement. On the first floor, the display shelves and counter provided by the real estate agent, and even a lobby where people can sit for a while were completed.

Yeon Seung-yeon came running up to me while I was feeding Cloud, sitting comfortably on the luxurious sofa that I had chosen with great care.

“Ho-hyun nim. I just contacted the owner and he said the sign board will come tomorrow. The name on the sign is really… He’s asking if you’re going to keep it the way it is…”

“Tell him to do it.”

“Yes…! A formal registration certificate has also just arrived from the Hunter’s Association.”

“Really? Let me see.”

I held out my hand and asked him to come here. Yeon Seung-yeon, who was approaching with a delivery box in his arms, stopped with a dumbfounded expression and stuttered.

“Ho, Ho-hyun nim! The sheep is eating all the fruits of the Sandalgrass right now!!”

“Mehhhhhhhh.”

Cloud, who was eagerly eating fruit from the branch I was holding, thought I was calling him and raised his head and cried for a long time.

“Yeah. I was worried because he wouldn’t eat carrots or grass, but he ate the magic ingredients.”

“Do Summoneds normally….eat?”

“I don’t know. But I can’t help but give it to him when he likes it so much. Besides, I am not sure who I resemble, but I just like expensive things.”

“Mehhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!”

Cloud flapped his ears. I threw away the branches and opened the delivery box handed to me by Yeon Seung-yeon. As soon as I opened it, a framed workshop registration certificate greeted me. At the bottom, the seals of the Hunter Association and Cheon Rang were stamped side by side.

“I told you you should hang this up, right?”

“Yes! I’ll hang it on the wall!”

I turned the frame over to Yeon Seung-yeon and took out a sign that was the size of a forearm underneath it. Similar to the registration card, the sign board had to be placed in a place where customers could see it. The sign board was required to be placed on a stake next to the entrance, unlike the registration card, which only needs to be hung anywhere.

The level of each workshop was marked on the sign. We naturally got the lowest Sixth Grade because we were new and didn’t report any experience or grade. The sign was also a brown wooden board.

Yeon Seung-yeon looked down at the sign in his hand as he approached roundly, avoiding the cloud who was chewing on the tough tree trunk of Sandalgrass after finishing the fruit.

“Ah…. It came out well. Just as requested…..it has nothing…..”

“I’ve never had a grade like this before.”

“Are you really not going to decide on the name of the store…? I know what you mean, but…”

Yeon Seung-yeon looked at the sign in my hand and looked slightly concerned. The brown wooden sign did not have the name of the workshop written on it other than the words ‘Sixth Grade’.

This was because I reported it without naming the store. Unlike usual, Yeon Seung-yeon was strongly opposed to it. Are they saying guests can’t come or something? However, as I walked around to other stores and checked the signs, I declared that I would not name the store without even considering it.

“Yeah. I can’t even put my shop’s name next to the horrible word ‘Sixth Grade’ on a piece of wood like this. Other grades are gold, silver, or even a grade that can be customized with gems. …… Are you still worried?”

“Just, just a little……. Of course, Ho-hyun’s intention is perfect, but I don’t trust the people…. I’m afraid they won’t be able to find you…”

“Hm. Those fools don’t deserve my potion. Don’t worry. I’ll get to First Grade in no time. Let’s decide on a name for the store, even if it’s only gold or silver.”

Although there is a master position above First Grade, I may never reveal that I am a master. Tae Je-heon will definitely come then. But up to the first grade, it’s a piece of cake.

Of course, I had no skills, no money, no men to help, and no materials like then, but I was confident that I could do it.

“To get First Grade, you have to have a lot of customers, and to have a lot of customers, you have to have a name of the store…..”

“By the way, should we start making a potion?”

“Yes, I’m all ready!”

Since tomorrow is the opening day, I had to make a potion now. I went down to the underground studio with Yeon Seung-yeon. When I spilled my mana into the lock, the door opened. As soon as I opened the door, I smelled a fresh smell. My heart was excited by the energy of magic aura that wrapped around my body.

‘My studio! There’s no Tae Jae-heon. There’s no surveillance.’

It was so lovely that I wanted to sleep here. Yeon Seung-yeon stopped me because he was worried, so I ended up putting my room on the second floor.

“I don’t think there will be a need of about a hundred low-level potions, but for now, I’ll only make twenty today….”

“I told you. I’m going to make it all today.”

“Um, are you sure you’re okay? I’m worried…”

I waved away my hands and prepared to go to the production table. I washed my hands and put on gloves.

Since it was the beginning, our workshop’s finances were limited, so we had to extract maximum efficiency from limited materials for a while. Lower-level healing potions, which were sold the most in potion stores and were in high demand from hunters, were suitable.

Standing in front of a large cauldron, I hit all the ingredients for 100 potions and operated the skill <Golden Cauldron> I got this time.
