As True as a Dream Chapter 86
When Hae-Joo’s adoptive father, Yangbu, died and she was left with nothing, she sat in stunned silence for days.
She didn’t know why she should live or what she should do next.
She didn’t want to eat, she didn’t want to communicate with anyone.
Everything bothered her and she just wanted to sleep.
She was just so tired of living.
One day, while Hae-Joo was going through his things, he came across his diary and realized that he had dreams, too.
He had a dream that he had never told anyone, not even the man who had told him that his life was best spent here in Sogok Village, fighting Hae-Joo and frying and roasting.
She wanted to leave the land of Joseon and walk on her own two feet in a world she had never seen.
Yangbu’s dream soon became her dream.
To earn more money quickly, Hae-Joo, who had organized her life, boarded a train to Gyeongseong.
However, life in Gyeongseong proved to be more difficult than she expected.
Her daily life in the shantytown was poor and lonely, and although things were getting better, she still felt lonely and empty inside.
Her heart, which was slightly filled when she came in contact with Eun-sil’s family, was often swept away by a wind that she was afraid to turn away from, leaving me cold.
The stinging loneliness she thought she had gotten used to was softened by Yi Ho.
“Why are you looking at me like that?”
He raised an eyebrow as she stared into the distance.
“How do I look at you?”
“Like you’re going to cry? Like I…”
He tilted his head as if to examine her complexion, and she wrapped her arms around his neck in a comforting embrace.
“How is this crying, it’s like dying.”
Hae-Joo rested her face on Yi Ho’s shoulder and smiled despite the tears in her eyes.
“I love you so much, Mr. Ban Yi Ho.”
Hae-Joo whispered into his ear, echoing the stinging, tight, tightness of the moment.
“Can you say that again?”
Yi Ho, who had been silent for a moment, spoke in a voice that had somehow softened.
Hae-Joo released his neck from her tight embrace, smiled wryly, and kissed him gently on both cheeks.
“I like you.”
“You like me?”
“Then I like you, who do I like?”
She wiped a tiny drop of water from the corner of her eye with her index finger, and Yi Ho smiled and kissed her back.
His hot breath and body heat poured into her.
She took small steps backwards, pushed back by his strength, one hand on her waist, the other around her neck and cheek.
She could barely catch her breath as he bit and sucked on her lips, their tongues flicking together.
Then her back snapped up and the hard, smooth surface of his desk was under her ass.
Her neck, craned high, relaxed.
She smiled wryly, calming her ragged breathing as he kissed the corner of her mouth.
Her hands cupped his neck, ruffling his soft hair as he did so.
“I like you a lot, too.”
“Yeah. I know.”
‘Did he know?’
The way he treats her, the way he looks at her, the way he talks to her, it’s a world of difference from when they first met.
Hae-Joo stared into his deep eyes as if mesmerized, then wrapped her hand around his neck and pulled him toward her.
He obeyed.
Their hot breath met again between their slanted lips.
She sucked in his thin lips and playfully stuck out her tongue to greet him.
Then he bit down on her lips as if to punish her and slid his tongue boldly into her mouth.
His tongue swept over the inside of her smooth cheeks, and his sharp teeth flicked past.
“Hmph…!”
Hae-Joo let out a weak moan and threw her arms around his neck.
Her head was spinning as much as his mouth.
All her senses were far away except for Yi Ho.
Hae-Joo became more and more intoxicated by the erotic sensations that sent shivers down her spine.
Before she knew it, the garment she was wearing was torn away, exposing one shoulder, and Yi Ho’s lips stole across her cheek, ear, and neck, then slid down to bury themselves between her shoulder and neck.
His slick tongue tickled her smooth skin and she gasped desperately.
A tingling sensation spread from his touch, penetrating her insides and quickly spreading to the secret place between her legs.
“Hmm…! Ha…!”
The oversized clothes were gradually pulled down by the external pressure.
Hae-Joo’s eyes went glassy at the new sensation.
But the next moment, she was jolted out of her daze by a hot, moist sensation on her left breast.
Shivering, she looked down to find her dress pulled aside and Yi Ho’s mouth on the tip of her nipple.
Hae-Joo reflexively grabbed his shoulders and tried to push him back.
But Yi Ho’s hands wrapped around the small of her back and pulled her toward him.
Then his red tongue flicked over her white nipple, licking it deeply.
Hae-Joo’s heartbeat erratically, threatening to jump into her throat.
After sucking one nipple with his lips, which had become hard from the stimulation he had caused, Yi Ho cupped his other hand under her bare white breast and savored the dried flesh.
“Boss…!”
“Yes.”
She called out urgently as she grabbed his wrist holding her breast, but Yi Ho didn’t even look up.
His lips brushed lightly across her nipple, and the corners of his mouth lifted lazily in satisfaction.
“Boss, wait…!”
“Huh?”
Yi Ho lifted his eyes to hers.
Looking at Hae-Joo, whose face was bright red, Yi Ho straightened up and kissed her again.
His hands cupped her still white breasts and squeezed them loosely.
“Hmph!”
“You’re like a peach all over.”
His thumb rubbed lazily over her nipple, whispering against her lips.
Hae-Joo fluttered her eyelashes.
“You’re the color of a peach, and that’s why you taste so good. It’s so sweet, it makes me melt.”
His deep, raspy voice made her feel hot between her legs.
He lowered his head again, licking and nibbling at her nipple.
Hae-Joo grabbed his shoulders.
It was such an embarrassing, blatant act of affection that she wanted to push him away, but she also wanted to pull him closer.
In the midst of these conflicting emotions, Hae-Joo’s mind flashed back to the lurid comments the entertainer sometimes made.
“A man’s waist is just a waist, and if it tastes good, even if his face is bearish, his body will open wide. A man who makes you wet down there just thinking about it is a real man!”
“When a man and a woman make love, it should be hot between the legs so that it doesn’t hurt and can be enjoyable.”
“When the mind is in sync, the body is in sync, so if it happens, don’t think of it as something you shouldn’t do before marriage like people did in the past.”
“Yes, go to the park in the middle of the night. Naked men and women are everywhere. What can you do? You just want to rub your body against them and hug them. See through their minds. It tastes so good again.”
The more she thought about it, the more she wanted it.
Blushing, Hae-Joo pulled back and grabbed Yi Ho’s wrist.
“No, no, no, wait, boss, we can’t do this… not yet!”
Yi Ho cried out in frustration, feeling like he was about to be overwhelmed by the ecstatic feelings that were overtaking his mind.
“Why not?”
The sensation that had tickled and tantalized her chest faded.
Hae-Joo gasped.
Yi Ho, his hands on the desk on either side of her, stared at her.
A faint flush had returned to his normally pale face, making him look as bewitching as a rose in full bloom.
“You didn’t like it?”
Yi Ho pressed, his face full of conviction that she couldn’t possibly have.
Hae-Joo pursed her lips, unable to make a sound, and finally managed to pull up her lowered clothes.
“Hey, this is weird.”
“What’s weird? I’m just curious.”
When Hae-Joo looked at him incredulously, Yi Ho raised the hand that had been holding her left side and pressed his index finger lightly against her lips.
“The more I touch you, the more I taste you, the more I feel you, the more I wonder how good you can get when there isn’t a single place that isn’t good.”
As he spoke, his hand brushed lightly across her chin, then her neck, then her breasts, then her stomach, and finally between her legs.
Then, before she could freeze in surprise, his hand came back to rest on her left side and he eyed her like a hunter.
“I know it’s forbidden, I get it, but I don’t know much about this stuff, and it’s supposed to be reserved for after we’re married!”
“Yes. I wish I was still alive to do it. Marriage.”
At her flustered words, Yi Ho spoke softly, but soon sighed and leaned his head down to rest his forehead lightly on her shoulder.
“After… if you don’t… run away from me, which I won’t give you the chance to do, of course.”
