Approximal Guide Vol. 6 Chapter 3 - Extra (3)
“Stay still. I just want to guide Kang Hajung out of the center. I want to resolve the recent unfortunate events more peacefully.”
“That’s desertion! And what peace? Are you crazy?!”
“That’s exactly what I want. Using Kang Hajung’s desertion as a catalyst to set the center and the central unit on fire again. It’s a simple and highly effective method.”
The man revealed his plan without hesitation, as if there was more he was hiding. It was frustrating, but I had no better option. I had to move my unstable guiding core. I immediately activated my guiding waves. The pain in my chest felt like it was splitting open, but I had no choice. If I didn’t do something now, I would fail to buy time.
I could almost hear Kim Moohyuk nagging me to stay still, but doing nothing in this situation would mean getting kidnapped. Despite the guiding core’s screams, it slowly started to turn. I deployed the waves densely, with narrow amplitude and shallow depth. I couldn’t perform combat guiding, but I could at least relax the esper’s nervous system to make him fall asleep.
As long as the opponent wasn’t an esper of Kim Moohyuk’s level, it was possible. The remnants of Ha Seonghan wouldn’t be as strong as Ha Seonghan himself, so I had a good chance.
“Ugh—!”
The problem was that my current state couldn’t withstand my own guiding waves. If I were in good condition, I would only feel a bit tired, but now it was exhausting. There was nothing I could do until my body fully recovered.
“You’re trying something?”
The issue was the man’s low sensitivity to guiding. The higher the sensitivity, the faster the nervous system would relax, but unfortunately, he wasn’t sensitive. There were other methods, but I had to squeeze out more strength despite the excruciating pain in my guiding core. Just as I gritted my teeth and tried to deploy the waves again, I heard a familiar voice.
“I told you to wait quietly.”
It was Kim Moohyuk, his voice filled with anger. I gasped for breath. His eyes were blazing as he looked at me. All I could think was, “I’m doomed…” The problem was the remnant of Accent who couldn’t read the room.
“Don’t come any closer! Even though Kang Hajung is in my hands…”
The man’s threatening words were cut short as Kim Moohyuk threw a gravity ball at his shoulder, crushing it.
“Argh—!”
The man, feeling intense pain from the attack on his arm, rolled on the floor. Seizing the opportunity, I tried to pick up my cane and approach Kim Moohyuk. But before I could, Moohyuk’s ESP lifted me up and sent me out through one of the open windows.
“Ah, what are you doing?!”
I screamed. The floor where Han Byeongeun’s lab was located was quite high, and floating in mid-air was terrifying. I couldn’t look down, so I kept shouting at Kim Moohyuk to let me down, but he ignored me and continued attacking the man.
Of course, the man’s strength couldn’t match Kim Moohyuk’s. Moohyuk’s ESP waves, initially transverse, shifted to longitudinal waves. As the strong vibrations of the longitudinal waves hit the man, wounds appeared on his body as if he had been torn by a wheel.
“Argh—!”
The man had already lost the will to resist and was on the verge of losing consciousness. It was unnecessary torture. Pushing him this far could be a mitigating factor in his trial. I shouted urgently.
“Kim Moohyuk! Stop it!”
But he didn’t relent, and no one came to stop him. Despite the loud noises in the hallway, no one came out, probably because the researchers were taking a long lunch break. Feeling anxious, I searched my pocket for my phone. I needed to call Kim Inhak for help. Before I could press his name in the phonebook, I was suddenly lifted and moved towards the open window again. I let the ESP support my back and guide me. Kim Moohyuk, never losing focus, safely brought me to the window. I felt relieved when my feet touched the window sill. As I stepped inside, I saw the man floating unconscious in mid-air, just like I had been.
“Hey, you can’t just beat someone up like that. It could be disadvantageous in a military court…”
“Shut up.”
He snapped. I quickly closed my mouth, sensing the tension. Kim Moohyuk’s waves filled the hallway, indicating he was extremely angry.
…What should I do? The biggest problem was not knowing why he was angry. I thought I had contacted him quickly this time, but was it still too late? I hesitated for a while before finally making an excuse.
“Well, I did send the message a bit late, didn’t I? But I sent it as soon as I thought that guy seemed suspicious.”
“Stop focusing on the wrong answers.”
Kim Moohyuk gritted his teeth, trying to contain his anger. His masseter muscle bulged, showing he was struggling to keep calm. Why was he so angry…? Hearing that my confident reason was the wrong answer made me even more anxious. I looked at him with pleading eyes, hoping he would just tell me the answer. I knew I had to humble myself to live with a younger esper, but Kim Moohyuk sometimes got angry for reasons I couldn’t immediately understand.
“Can you give me a hint…?”
In the end, I made a pathetic request. Moohyuk crossed his arms and stared at me. He sighed deeply, his voice much calmer.
“All I ask is for you to care for me as much as I care for you. Is that so hard?”
…Ah, that’s why. The real reason Kim Moohyuk was angry. I furrowed my brow in frustration and scratched my temple with my finger. I tried to think of what to say to calm him down, but nothing came to mind.
“Uh…It’s not that I don’t care…”
“I told you not to guide. You’re not a child, so why can’t you listen…”
Moohyuk stopped mid-sentence, clenching his jaw as if holding something back. Seeing his tense profile made my heart ache. Feeling guilty, I blinked my eyes. He sighed again, long and deep.
“Colonel, you haven’t changed at all.”
“Moohyuk, it’s not that. I was really trying to wait for you…”
Kim Moohyuk turned his back, showing he had no intention of listening. When needed, the center’s security espers, who never seemed to come, were now entering the research floor. I wanted to explain more, but they approached Moohyuk, asking questions and dealing with the unconscious man, making me lose my chance.
I waited patiently, feeling pathetic for not meeting Moohyuk’s expectations. He must have felt incredibly frustrated with my actions, as I never seemed to listen to him. Even after my body was damaged, I hadn’t changed my habit of acting first in any situation. No wonder Moohyuk was frustrated. I wanted to beg for forgiveness, but Moohyuk didn’t look my way. He finally approached, speaking in a curt tone.
“I’ve asked Mr. Han to take you home. Go on ahead.”
“Kim Moohyuk!”
I tried to hold onto him again, but it wasn’t easy. Moohyuk, still carrying the unconscious man, got into the elevator with the other espers.
I kept looking at him with lingering eyes, but our gazes never met again.
“What did I do wrong?”
“Just say you’re sorry.”
“I feel wronged.”
“In cases like this, it’s usually the Colonel’s fault.”
I couldn’t hold back and shouted at Han Byeongeun.
“Whose side are you on?!”
“The side of truth.”
Han Byeongeun replied calmly. I glared at him, but he didn’t change his answer.
“Staring at me won’t change what happened. Why did you do that in the first place?”
“I just…I was really trying to buy time until Moohyuk arrived.”
In the past, I would have tried to solve everything on my own without waiting for Moohyuk. But this time, I really intended to listen to him. I didn’t want to upset him anymore. But now that things had turned out like this, I couldn’t help but feel bitter.
“You should have behaved well in the first place.”
“Hey, get out. Go. Don’t upset me further.”
I poked Han Byeongeun’s arm with my cane. He replied with a nonchalant expression.
“By the way, what are you going to do? Isn’t the yacht reservation date coming up?”
Yes, that was the problem. I hadn’t anticipated my cold war with Kim Moohyuk would last this long, and the yacht reservation for the proposal was approaching fast.
“I really wanted to make up today.”
That was the truth. I planned to acknowledge my mistakes, sincerely apologize, and then discuss the proposal plans with my younger lover. I didn’t want Moohyuk to suddenly have something come up and miss the event.
But thinking about this morning’s events made me feel miserable.
‘Kim Moohyuk, can we please talk today?’
‘I have nothing to say.’
‘I have something to say.’
I blocked Kim Moohyuk with my body, spreading my arms as if to say he had to step over me to leave. Kim Moohyuk didn’t look at me. He adjusted his sleeve buttons and glanced at the door before turning his gaze away. Even in that brief moment, I felt a pang of hurt because he wouldn’t meet my eyes.
‘So, are we just going to leave things like this?’
I knew it was irresponsible to say that, but I couldn’t stop myself. Honestly, as I had complained to Han Byeongeun, I didn’t think my mistake was that significant.
I understood that Kim Moohyuk and the people around me were worried about me, but if it had been truly unbearable, I would have said something. But it wasn’t that bad. I endured because I could, and I did what I could, so I didn’t understand why I was being criticized so harshly.
The only reason I was apologizing to Kim Moohyuk was because I felt guilty for doing something he disliked and because I felt sorry for him. It pained me to have upset Kim Moohyuk, who deserved nothing but care. Moreover, it bothered me that this incident happened before I could propose to him, asking him to be my esper. I felt like a typical man who only caused emotional distress despite claiming to care.
For all these reasons, I was genuinely reflecting on my actions. If Kim Moohyuk asked me to kneel, I was even willing to mimic a girl group dance move, squatting with one knee bent. He knew my knee wasn’t in good shape, so he would understand if I only knelt on one knee, right?
But Kim Moohyuk acted as if my apology was unnecessary. He wouldn’t listen to me, as if my excuses were useless. It reminded me of something. Growing anxious, I blurted out what I knew I shouldn’t.
‘You did this last time too, when you went on deployment without telling me!’
‘…What did you say?’
‘You left me behind. I woke up and you were…’
I managed to regain my composure only after seeing the bloodshot eyes of Kim Moohyuk.
…I had never seen such eyes before. His eyes were filled with resentment, hatred, sadness, and anger. I understood too well what that meant, and I froze, unable to say anything more.
That was the end. After those words, Kim Moohyuk turned away. Even though I knew this wasn’t right, I couldn’t stop him. I was the one who should have been begging for forgiveness, but instead, I…
Thinking about it again only reinforced that I was the one at fault. I buried my face in my hands to hide my rotten expression.
“…But you can’t just leave like that, you jerk.”
“Moohyuk has endured enough. The strange one is you, Colonel.”
“Whose side are you on?!”
The argument with Han Byeongeun had come full circle. Even as I yelled at him, Han Byeongeun remained indifferent. He had been dragged along by Kim Moohyuk to keep an eye on me, so it was understandable.
That thorough guy. Even in his anger, he had called Han Byeongeun to watch over me. Since the man caught on the research floor was confirmed to be a remnant of Accent, the center had been on high alert, keeping Kim Moohyuk busy. Strengthening the center’s security system and identifying those who helped the man’s infiltration kept him occupied, yet he still managed to come back and sleep by my side. He had assigned Han Byeongeun to watch over me, fearing I might cause more trouble.
Thanks to the interrogation by the mental esper, the man had confessed how he infiltrated the center, so things should have calmed down by now…I hesitated to ask Han Byeongeun about Kim Moohyuk. I didn’t know how to phrase my question.
“…How’s the situation?”
“I don’t know. It seems like they’ve caught most of the culprits.”
Han Byeongeun replied nonchalantly while crocheting a coaster for his sister-in-law. I wanted to hear more details, but it seemed Kim Moohyuk had ordered him to keep quiet. That stubborn guy. I sighed lightly, wondering how to deal with that stubborn man. Just then, my phone started ringing with a shrill warning sound.
“Colonel!”
Han Byeongeun threw my phone from the table to me. I caught it with one hand and read the flashing notification.
Detection of precursor symptoms of an esper rampage, location: 9874 Complex, Deogyang-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do
I was shocked by the sudden alert with no additional explanation. Usually, such alerts included a brief description of the situation’s severity and details. But this one only had the detection signal and address, providing no further information. I quickly called Kim Moohyuk and the Mars team members, but no one answered.
As the phone kept ringing without an answer, I couldn’t help but imagine the worst. My hand holding the phone trembled, and I ended up turning off the screen.
“What do you mean, precursor symptoms of a rampage? When did I last guide him?”
Han Byeongeun, watching my phone from the side, asked with a worried face. I was thinking the same thing. Since living together, I had always made sure he had enough guiding energy, so it was strange. And lately, with all the imprinting practice and increased physical contact, how could he be lacking guiding energy?
“Byeongeun, take me there.”
But figuring out the cause could wait until I confirmed that Kim Moohyuk was safe. Meeting him was the priority, so without hesitation, I headed straight out. As I quickly moved to the door with my cane, I could hear Han Byeongeun following with the car keys.
Even though I tried to dismiss it, I couldn’t shake off the uneasy feeling. I wasn’t even sure how I got into the elevator and out of the building. Following Han Byeongeun to the outdoor parking lot, I nearly got hit by a car I hadn’t noticed while parking. I was too distracted to even apologize to the honking driver.
“Colonel, over here!”
Han Byeongeun pulled the car up, and I barely managed to get in, gasping for air as my weakened lungs acted up. Clutching my chest, I breathed heavily, and Han Byeongeun handed me a paper bag rolling around in the car to help prevent hyperventilation.
All the way to the location indicated in the alert, I had to cover my nose and mouth with the bag to regulate my breathing. Slowly inhaling the carbon dioxide helped calm my breathing, but my heart continued to race as if it would burst through my ribs.
“It’ll be okay. Moohyuk will be fine, Colonel.”
“…”
Han Byeongeun kept trying to reassure me, but I was too overwhelmed to respond. The fact that Kim Moohyuk wasn’t answering his phone only made my heart pound harder.
“I can’t reach the rampage management department either.”
Han Byeongeun said with a panicked face. My head started to ache. I couldn’t bear the thought of Kim Moohyuk experiencing rampage precursor symptoms again. At that time, he had a look of endurance mixed with resignation, his eyes showing indifference to when all the exhausting things around him would end, enduring the brutal pain as if it were nothing.
Not wanting to see him like that again, even an uncertain rampage precursor alert made me anxious.
“It’ll be okay. Moohyuk has been in good condition lately, and his guiding levels were fine. There must be some mistake.”
Han Byeongeun said, trying to convince me. I wanted to believe him, but I had no strength to reply. My heart raced like it was running a marathon, causing dizziness, and I leaned my head back against the headrest with my eyes closed.
“We’re almost there.”
Fortunately, Han Byeongeun’s car quickly reached the location where the rampage precursor symptoms had been detected. The problem was, there was no one there.
“Uh, this is the place…”
“…”
While a flustered Han Byeongeun muttered, I quickly scanned the empty lot. There was a toppled power pole with burn marks on the ground.
“…There are signs of a fight, but no Kim Moohyuk. Find out if he was taken to the center.”
I managed to instruct Han Byeongeun. He immediately contacted the center’s esper emergency room, but no one answered this time either.
“It seems the communication network is completely down.”
“…Let’s go.”
It seemed better to return to the center. Staying at an already cleared site would be pointless. Han Byeongeun and I got back in the car and headed for the center in silence. Kim Moohyuk still wasn’t answering his phone, nor were the emergency room and the esper ward.
The only good thing was that the center wasn’t far. Before Han Byeongeun’s car even came to a complete stop in the esper ward parking lot, I opened the door and got out with my cane, only to stumble.
“Colonel!”
I heard Han Byeongeun calling from behind, but I didn’t have time to respond. Stumbling, I entered the esper ward.
“Kim Moohyuk, where is Kim Moohyuk?”
“Are you talking about Captain Kim Moohyuk?”
I grabbed a passing nurse and asked, and he looked puzzled. It was as if he wondered why I was looking for him there, or maybe he was questioning why someone of a lower rank was using his name so freely. Either way, I wasn’t going to get the answer I needed, so I went directly to the emergency room but couldn’t find him there either. If he’s not here, then where is he? Anxiety blurred my vision as I looked around again, but he still wasn’t there.
“Did you find him?”
Han Byeongeun hurriedly asked as he came in. I couldn’t answer and kept walking, leaving the ward building.
“Colonel! What are you doing?”
Then, before Han Byeongeun could stop me, I got into the driver’s seat of his car. Pressing the accelerator, I responded to Han Byeongeun.
“Sorry, Byeongeun. I need to borrow your car.”
“Get out! I’ll drive. How can you drive with that leg?”
Han Byeongeun sounded frustrated, but the car was already moving. I knew I wasn’t in my right mind. Driving with my right leg in bad shape was something I would never consider under normal circumstances, but my body was already in motion. Sure enough, as I alternated between accelerating and decelerating, my calf muscles began to cramp, and pain shot through the front and back of my knee. Gritting my teeth against the stabbing pain, I turned the steering wheel. The car quickly slowed down. I hadn’t planned to go far anyway. The destination was the house where Moohyuk and I lived together. And there, I finally found the person I had been searching for.
I saw Kim Moohyuk, frowning with his phone to his ear, about to get into his car in the garage. Without thinking, I honked the horn. The loud, piercing sound made him look in my direction, still holding the phone to his ear. I parked Han Byeongeun’s car haphazardly and opened the door.
“Moohyuk!”
“What is it?”
Kim Moohyuk asked, approaching as if wondering what was going on. I quickly scanned him. He looked fine, and it seemed my worries were unfounded.
But in my haste, I didn’t realize I didn’t have my cane and got out of the car. My already shaky knee couldn’t support the weight as I stepped down from the uneven surface. I nearly fell, but Moohyuk caught me, wrapping his arm around my waist and lifting me up.
“What are you doing, Kang Hajung? I told you to stay put.”
“Hey, I—!”
I bit back the curse that almost slipped out. As soon as I touched him, I could tell. Moohyuk’s waves were stable, and his guiding energy was neither lacking nor excessive. The alert had been a false alarm.
“Do you know how much I—”
Despite knowing it wasn’t his fault, I felt a surge of emotion. My feelings boiled over as he questioned where I had been, telling me to stay put.
“You think you’re the only one who worries?”
With eyes blazing, I struck Moohyuk’s chest hard.
“What are you talking about? And did you drive here yourself?”
Moohyuk grabbed my wrist and glanced at Han Byeongeun’s car. I felt like I was going to explode.
“Hey, Kim Moohyuk. Didn’t I tell you? Just because I’m hurt, just because my body isn’t in great shape and one leg is messed up, doesn’t mean I’m not your instructor. How long are you going to keep this up?”
I had held back my feelings when he left the country while I was bedridden, thinking about how he must have felt in those last moments of the rampage. But the situation was different now. The center had regained stability, and while remnants occasionally caused trouble, it wasn’t a significant threat. Such threats were something I had faced since deciding to live as a soldier. Yet, Moohyuk’s overprotectiveness was getting worse. I chose my words carefully, wondering how to make him understand.
“I’m not angry because you worry about me.”
“…”
Moohyuk didn’t respond. He still looked displeased, but he was listening, gently supporting me as I wobbled without my cane.
“In fact, I appreciate it. It’s nice that you care about me.”
I sighed and showed him the alert on my phone.
“You got a rampage alert. What do you think I felt when I saw this?”
“This…An esper who controls electricity had trouble managing their power due to the terrain, causing some communication issues. The center’s systems were temporarily down but have since recovered.”
Moohyuk frowned as he read the alert. He seemed to understand why I had been worried. But he still looked serious, clearly unhappy that I had driven myself here.
I sighed again and rested my forehead against his chest. I felt his tense body relax slightly, his ESP waves softening.
“You’re not the only one who worries about me. You seem to misunderstand, but our imprint doesn’t just bind you to me.”
I looked up and met his eyes. Moohyuk’s gaze wavered, showing he understood. I glanced at his slowly moving Adam’s apple and felt his waves become more possessive.
I didn’t know what I had triggered, but Moohyuk’s mood had improved since seeing me get out of the car. Ignoring his clingy ESP waves, I continued.
“It means I have the right to worry about you too.”
“I understand. But what if something happens when you drive alone?”
Kim Moohyuk responded as if he couldn’t hold back any longer. Worry and anxiety flashed across his impatient face. With the system down, he must have been worried when I didn’t answer his calls. He probably went to Han Byeongeun’s lab to pick me up, saw I wasn’t there, and came home, only to find me missing, which made him angry. That’s the Kim Moohyuk I know.
But there’s something he’s overlooking.
“Do you know what I was thinking while wandering around today? If we were imprinted, I could know your condition. Why did you, who worry about me, keep delaying it? Why did I leave you working in dangerous situations because of my worries?”
“Don’t say that.”
He frowned, gently stroking my cheek, speaking as if he was either concerned or displeased with my words.
“I’m not working in dangerous situations because of you, Colonel. Don’t think that way. Doing things for you is no big deal to me. Why do you…”
Kim Moohyuk’s frown deepened. I leaned my cheek against his hand and interrupted him.
“I don’t like it. Think about it the other way around. You’re the one who can’t stand me driving alone. You don’t even consider the things you do because of your worries. I’ve told you several times that you’re not the only one who worries about me. And your unresolved imprint ischemia makes me anxious as your guide. No matter how strong you are, I can still worry about you.”
“…I understand. I admit I was too much.”
Kim Moohyuk reluctantly replied. His face, avoiding my gaze, reminded me of the younger Kim Moohyuk from before I entered this body, still my cadet. It was like he had been scolded by Instructor Kang Hajung. It was both endearing and amusing, making me smile slightly.
“That’s why I wanted to hurry with the imprinting, Moohyuk. So we could be the only ones for each other. I hated all the moments of anxiety, yours and mine, when we weren’t together.”
“…”
I hugged his waist, resting my chin on his firm chest, looking up at him.
“I was preparing to propose, but I can’t do it while feeling this anxious. Please, let’s imprint first.”
Kim Moohyuk flinched noticeably. His neck turned red, and he turned his head, covering his face with his hand. His large hand covered his entire face, so I could only see his reddened ears. I tried to pull his hand away to see his expression, but it wasn’t easy. I grew increasingly anxious.
“Do you not want to? Should I have gone with the yacht plan? I had prepared a lot. I’m sorry for just saying it, but I’m anxious too, okay?”
“…”
Even as I tried to soothe him, Kim Moohyuk remained silent and unmoving. His body felt hot, as if he had a fever. His waves were stable, so why was he like this? Just as I reached out to check his forehead, he spoke.
“Let’s imprint.”
His voice was rough. As he slowly lowered his hand, his eyes revealed a desperate longing and desire. Kim Moohyuk looked at me with those eyes and accepted my lackluster proposal.
“Imprint with me.”
“…”
My heart sank at his gaze, leaving me unable to respond. Even though it was the answer I had been waiting for, I felt choked up. I bit my lip, trying to hold back my emotions, but it wasn’t easy. I finally hugged his waist and nodded.
“Yes, please, let’s do it now.”
I knew it was a pathetic response for someone who had waited so long, but it was all I could say. Kim Moohyuk hugged me back.
His embrace was incredibly warm.
“Wait, are we doing this now? We haven’t even showered…”
“It sounds like you want to shower together.”
When I mentioned it to Kim Moohyuk, who had his head under my shirt, he pulled his head out and replied. His tone was indifferent, but his eyes seemed to be brimming with something, making me feel hot.
“No, that’s not what I meant—”
“Then just stay still. You know better than anyone how long I’ve waited.”
…I knew, but I couldn’t bring myself to tell him to calm down. He crossed his arms and took off his shirt, then unbuckled his belt. I had to watch as the waistband of his drawers, bulging at the center, created a small gap. I swallowed hard, and he looked down at me, chuckling.
“Are you nervous?”
“…Yeah.”
“Me too.”
Although Kim Moohyuk responded casually, I could sense his nervousness. At least, the fact that he and I shared the same feelings was reassuring. While Kim Moohyuk retrieved the imprinting drug from the bedside table, I also took off my top and bottom clothes. When Kim Moohyuk returned to the bed, he raised an eyebrow and clicked his tongue.
“You already undressed? I wanted to do it.”
Even such a small comment made me blush. I didn’t resist and laid my head on the pillow as Kim Moohyuk gently pushed my chest.
“I feel a bit nervous. Even though we’ve done this kind of thing a lot, I still feel this way.”
At my words, Moohyuk looked at me intently and placed my hand on his collarbone.
“Me too.”
He replied like a child, which made him adorable, and I chuckled, but my ears felt like they were on fire. I was also feeling my heart pounding.
“Do you know how to do this?”
I asked, reaching for the disposable syringe containing the imprinting drug that Kim Moohyuk had brought. He nodded.
“The ingredients aren’t harmful. I asked Director Han.”
He showed me the list of ingredients on the syringe packaging, but his large thumb was covering most of it, making it hard to read.
“Do we just inject it?”
“I think we need to disinfect first.”
Our voices filled the bedroom. After discussing for a while, we decided to give each other the injections. Since we just needed to inject it directly into the muscle, it was easy. We disinfected each other’s arms with alcohol cotton swabs and then injected the drug.
I felt nervous injecting Kim Moohyuk’s arm, so I turned his face away, telling him not to look.
Normally, the imprinting ceremony is done on the day of the ceremony, but I wanted to do it with Kim Moohyuk as soon as possible. The imprinting ceremony is similar to a wedding ceremony for ordinary people, so it shouldn’t matter much. Still, I was glad I had prepared some precautions for today.
Suddenly, something occurred to me.
“By the way, do you also know how to imprint?”
“Did you think I would inject something into the Colonel’s body without knowing what it is?”
I found his response amusing and chuckled. After that, Kim Moohyuk talked a lot. He explained what to be careful about after imprinting, what actions to avoid, and what to do post-imprinting. I wondered when he had learned all that. What a cute guy. I pulled his neck towards me and pressed my lips firmly against his. For a moment, Kim Moohyuk stiffened, then parted his lips and slipped his tongue inside.
The heat began to rise sharply right then. As I moaned softly at the sensation of his lips licking mine, Kim Moohyuk didn’t stop kissing and took off his pants completely. I also chased after his lips whenever they tried to part.
“Once the drug starts to take effect, you might feel some excitement.”
Kim Moohyuk said, placing his palm on my nipple. The sound of his short breaths reached my ears. I wrapped my arm around his waist and responded.
“I already feel like my heart is about to burst, and now there’s more?”
“Exactly. We’re in big trouble, Instructor.”
I heard Kim Moohyuk chuckle. Before I knew it, both of us were only wearing our briefs. I briefly thought about contacting Han Byung-eun.
“Don’t think about anything else.”
But the persistent esper quickly caught on. As I laughed breathlessly, he pressed his lips firmly against mine and then moved down to my chest.
The sensation of his lips pressing against my nipple, which was starting to swell, was intense. As I moaned softly, Kim Moohyuk glanced at me briefly and then stuck out his tongue, licking me slowly. The way he looked at me intensely but acted as if he was seducing me made it hard to resist.
My sensitive cock was already starting to harden from the stimulation. I tried to hide it from him by slightly moving my hips, but I could feel his thick, firm cock pressing against my thigh. I realized that Kim Moohyuk was in the same state as me.
Moreover, his cock was so hard that the tip was slightly poking out of his briefs. It looked as big as an apple, so I had to avert my gaze.
“Ugh…”
But when his pre-cum touched my thigh, I felt an indescribable sensation. The evidence of his arousal was clear, and knowing that it was because of me made me feel a sense of pride, but also made the rising lust somewhat difficult to bear.
“Really, I have no words. To be doing this kind of thing with my student…”
“What student? I grew up well and became your wife, so isn’t that the end of it?”
“…Please don’t say that. It makes me feel like such a piece of trash.”
I made a sound of distress and denied Kim Moohyuk’s words, but that didn’t mean a conscience that didn’t exist before would suddenly appear. In fact, it was shameless of me to take a 12-year-younger man and ask him to imprint.
But even with that guilt, my body was already excited.
“We practiced here before,” Kim Moohyuk said, flicking my hard glans with his index finger. The ticklish and strange sensation made me shiver involuntarily.
“I’ve sucked you off several times. Are you still uncomfortable?”
“…Be quiet. Let’s do this calmly, okay?” I said, covering my red face and blocking his mouth. He chuckled, and I could feel the laughter under my palm, which was embarrassing. But that didn’t make the embarrassment go away. Kim Moohyuk removed my hand from his mouth and leaned down to lick around my nipple.
“Ah…” The ticklishness turned into pleasure. I covered my face with the hand that had been blocking his mouth, and the sensation of his tongue licking my nipple became even more intense. I could hear the sucking sound clearly. I didn’t know why I was so embarrassed today when he had licked me there before. My briefs were already soaked, which I hated. I squirmed, and Kim Moohyuk’s index finger naturally caught on the waistband.
Fortunately, I wasn’t the only one excited. As Kim Moohyuk’s briefs came off, his erection sprang up impressively. Thankfully, Kim Moohyuk’s cock was also dripping clear liquid onto my thigh.
“…You take it off too.” At my request, Kim Moohyuk silently took off his briefs. Two pairs of briefs fell to the floor. He reached out his long arm like a spear and grabbed the lube from the bedside table. I could see the veins bulging on the back of his hand as he squeezed the tube.
I couldn’t even swallow properly and stared blankly at the sight. The sight of Kim Moohyuk’s glistening, lubed-up fingers was mesmerizing. Before I could even wonder about it, Kim Moohyuk reached out his wet hand and pulled my finger towards him.
“I’ve prepared a lot for this too.”
“Oh, you…” I started to say, but Kim Moohyuk smiled and put something on my ring finger. I thought it was just lube, but it wasn’t. On my ring finger was a ring with a diamond on it.
“I didn’t think I’d be putting it on like this.”
“Kim Moohyuk, you…” I paused for a moment, speechless. I didn’t know when he had prepared this. My heart swelled with emotion. I looked at him, and he leaned in to kiss my cheek.
“Make me your Colonel’s esper.”
“You, really…”
“That’s what I’ve always wanted, you know.”
Only then did I remember the day Kim Moohyuk came to find me in front of the guide dorm. His height, his mature face, his handsome features, and his unchanging gaze.
I found myself nodding without even realizing it. If that’s what Kim Moohyuk wanted, I wanted to grant it to him. The proposal I had prepared didn’t matter anymore.
He smiled and approached me. With his ring finger adorned with the same wedding band, he spread my legs and inserted his fingers inside me. The sensation of the ring on his finger catching on my entrance was surprising.
“Ugh, hey―!”
“It’s okay. I won’t hurt you.” Kim Moohyuk kissed my knee and started moving his fingers inside me. The fingers, slick with the imprinting drug, pressed against my inner walls, making me dizzy with pleasure. The sensation of something thick and wet spreading inside me was overwhelming.
“Ah, wait―!” I cried out in surprise as he hit a particularly sensitive spot. My legs trembled, and my cock twitched on its own. Kim Moohyuk’s middle finger, rough with calluses, pressed against my prostate, intensifying the pleasure and giving me no chance to escape.
“Ah, ugh, huh…”
Even though I had been stretched out for a while, Kim Moohyuk’s fingers still felt tight inside me.
“Is it still tight?”
“…Yes, it’s tight.” Kim Moohyuk replied in a low voice. I didn’t know how much longer I could hold out with the urge to come building up. I couldn’t take it anymore and said,
“Just do it, please? You’ve stretched me out enough by now.”
“…Fuck.”
Suddenly, Kim Moohyuk let out a groan and pressed down on both of my hips. My buttocks lifted on their own, and I was in an embarrassing position.
“What, what are you doing?”
“Stay still. I’ll give you what you’ve been begging for.”
Kim Moohyuk’s eyes gleamed dangerously as his ESP field enveloped the bed. The drug made him excited, or maybe it was the fact that he didn’t have to hold back anymore. I had been worried that he wouldn’t be able to finish, so I had prepared myself mentally in various ways, but it was still overwhelming.
“…I, I don’t think it’ll fit.”
The thick, hard rod pressing against my entrance was intimidating.
“I think differently. You’ll feel good.”
But Kim Moohyuk said something outrageous in a low voice. I felt my face heat up, but I couldn’t even protest.
“Ugh―.”
The thick head that had been pressing against my entrance suddenly pushed in as I gasped. A moan escaped my lips. Kim Moohyuk also had veins bulging on his neck. It seemed difficult for him too.
“Ha, does it hurt?”
“No, it’s not…that…”
It didn’t hurt, but the sensation was strange. I involuntarily threw my head back, and Kim Moohyuk grabbed my hips.
“It’ll be harder if you stay like this. Just bear with it for a moment.”
With that, he thrust his cock deep inside me.
“Ah―! Ugh, huh, ah…”
“Ha, umm, ugh…”
Kim Moohyuk’s breath also became ragged. I could feel my inner walls throbbing, as if my heart was beating inside me. But the problem was that Kim Moohyuk’s cock was inside me.
“Is it hard?”
“Ugh, no…uh, a little.”
I wanted to tell him it wasn’t, but I couldn’t help but tell the truth. However, Kim Moohyuk seemed to be in a more dire situation. Although I had been stretched out by Kim Moohyuk’s fingers, it was still tight and painful for him. His neck was red, and his veins were bulging.
I tried to relax, but it was no use. My entrance was already stretched out, so even when I tried to relax, it only stimulated Kim Moohyuk’s cock more.
“Just, ugh, just move, uh?”
“Ha, I think I’m going to lose my mind, Instructor…”
Kim Moohyuk’s voice was hoarse. He started to move his hips slowly, as if he was experiencing his first guiding again. He was careful not to put too much weight on my chest, afraid I wouldn’t be able to breathe. He placed his forearms gently on the bed and moved only his hips.
“Ah, wait…”
But now it was my turn to feel the strange sensation. Just the feeling of his cock moving inside me made me feel an indescribable itch. I tried to shake my head, but Kim Moohyuk chased after me and bit down on my exposed neck, making it impossible for me to move any other way.
“Huh, wait, ah! Huh, ugh, it’s weird, it’s weird…”
“Instructor, ah, Kang Hajung…”
Kim Moohyuk didn’t seem to notice my change. The movement of his cock inside me became more intense. I had my eyes wide open, unable to even breathe. The feeling of his glans pressing against my prostate made my vision flash with light.
“Ah, no, huh, ah…!”
“Huh, good, Kang Hajung, ah…Hajung, ugh―!”
Kim Moohyuk’s hips moved even faster. The feeling of my hard nipples rubbing against his thick chest intensified. I wanted to scold him for calling me by my name so informally, but every time I opened my mouth, a moan escaped.
“―Ah, ah!”
I couldn’t think of anything and just moaned, but I couldn’t stop. The sound of his thick thighs slapping against my buttocks echoed through the room. Kim Moohyuk buried his face in my neck and panted.
“Ah, I didn’t know it would be like this, fuck, ah…”
“Huh, ah, wait, ugh―!”
Both of our words were meaningless and useless. We were both out of our minds. The tip of his hard cock was rubbing against my prostate, urging me to come. I tried to hold back, but it wasn’t easy. The feeling of his cum filling me up was overwhelming.
“Wait, I can’t, Moohyuk, ah…, huh―!”
“Ugh, don’t push me away, uh?”
Kim Moohyuk begged me not to push him away and thrust even deeper. I wanted to turn my head away, but I couldn’t.
“Ah, ugh―!”
I let out a sound like I was dying as I came again. The aftershocks of my orgasm made my insides clench, and I could feel Kim Moohyuk’s cock pulsing as he came inside me. Since we didn’t use a condom, I could feel his hot cum filling me up.
“Ah, huh, ugh…”
“Huh, ah…Instructor…”
Kim Moohyuk pressed his lips against my cheek and panted. His voice sounded like he was whining, which was cute. The pleasure that had overwhelmed my entire body hadn’t completely subsided and was still lingering. I felt embarrassed, but I stroked Kim Moohyuk’s back and said,
“This feels good, but it’s a bit embarrassing. You brat…”
I had just come, but I still felt aroused. I felt Kim Moohyuk’s cock hardening again inside me.
“Ah, wait…”
“…”
Suddenly, I let out a gasp. I felt a sensation in my belly, like something was stirring inside me. Kim Moohyuk’s cock was hard again.
“Hey, I’m tired…”
“The imprinting process isn’t complete yet.”
Kim Moohyuk lifted his upper body and said in a low voice. I knew he was lying. There was no way he couldn’t feel the tightly connected loop at the base of his cock.
“Are you lying to me?”
“…”
But Kim Moohyuk didn’t answer and pulled his cock out of me. He lifted my hips and made me kneel on the bed.
“Hey! What is this?”
I cried out in embarrassment, but Kim Moohyuk pressed his hand against my neck, making it impossible for me to move.
“I haven’t come yet.”
Then he thrust his wet cock back into me, making a loud, squelching sound. I felt embarrassed that my hole was making such a lewd sound.
“What’s that sound?! Then what was that earlier…”
“That was something else.”
Something else…? What else could it be? I wanted to ask, but with my hips raised, I couldn’t speak properly. I was shocked that the imprinting process would take multiple rounds.
Kim Moohyuk carried me to the bathroom several times, and each time, he would thrust into me again without pulling out. My insides were filled with his cum, but he didn’t seem to care.
“That’s enough, I can’t, huh―!”
“You can’t? Really? Do you still want to have sex properly?”
He laughed at me, his face flushed with excitement. Every time my right leg cramped, Kim Moohyuk would pull out and massage my thigh.
“Hey, you, you’re doing this on purpose so you can fuck me again when the cramp goes away!”
I cried out in frustration, but Kim Moohyuk didn’t laugh. Instead, he lowered his head and kissed me, silencing me. In the end, I lost consciousness with the feeling of his lips pressed against my ring finger, which was wearing the wedding band.
