I berated him, but I was a step too late. Heesoo hyung’s face, having learned what had happened while he was unconscious, turned deathly pale.

It seemed to be quite a shock for him to realize he had almost killed someone without even remembering it, and what’s more, someone I was supposedly dating.

It must be a bit frightening for him too. His body moved on its own, regardless of his will.

“I… did that… how…”

I quickly spoke to Heesoo hyung, who could not even speak properly.

“It is true that you attacked Min Gongchan, Heesoo hyung, but it was Ulfheðinn who did it. That bastard suddenly possessed you and almost killed Min Gongchan.”

“Why on earth would Ulfheðinn do that?”

I swallowed the fact that he had revealed his purpose was me. Telling Heesoo hyung something like that right now would only add to his confusion.

He might arbitrarily decide that he is a danger to me and go into hiding. I had always been anxious that he might suddenly disappear when he was bedridden and looking like a living corpse, so I could not tell him the whole truth.

Heesoo hyung regained his composure. He looked extremely troubled, his face clouded over, and he said.

“I do not understand why he would enter a mere human body without being requested.”

When Min Gongchan was unconscious, I had taken all of his items. I could not seal his abilities, but I had bound his limbs to restrain him.

Min Gongchan looked indignant, and I was relieved that my magic worked on him. However, Heesoo hyung stopped me with a firm expression.

“Let him speak. I want to hear what he has to say.”

“Heesoo hyung, it is not something good to hear. It is complete… utter nonsense.”

“If it were truly nonsense, you would not have brought him before me. That person, he is not Mr. Yitae’s boyfriend, is he?”

I was at a loss for words at Heesoo hyung’s point.

Min Gongchan’s claim of being a regressor was indeed absurd, but he had shown evidence to back up his words. He had accurately predicted what would happen in Dungeon 77, and he knew all about my purpose and secrets, which no one else knew, as well as my future plans.

But the story about Heesoo hyung destroying the world was truly hard to believe. Even if I believed that Min Gongchan came from the future, I could not believe that.

It was even harder to tell Heesoo hyung about it. If it is this absurd for me, how absurd would it be for him?

As I hesitated, Heesoo hyung, uncharacteristically, pressed me. I had no choice but to release the magic. As soon as Min Gongchan’s mouth was free, Heesoo hyung stepped forward and asked a question.

“Why did you appear before us? And what is this story about destroying the world?”

Min Gongchan gave a crooked smile. He told him everything he had told me, and I could not help but blush. In the end, unable to bear the embarrassment, I opened my mouth as soon as Min Gongchan finished speaking.

Because of that, I only realized that all of Min Gongchan’s belongings were from the Otherworld Store after Heesoo hyung pointed it out.

Heesoo hyung pointed to a mark that read <MADE IN 外界> and said.

“The Otherworld Store is a very difficult place to even get to. Especially in the sense that you never know when or where it will appear. Seeing as this person has so many items from the Otherworld Store, it means he knows the exact location of the randomly appearing Otherworld Store.”

Min Gongchan looked at him blankly for a moment, then nodded.

“That is right. I know when and where the Otherworld Store will appear. I thought there might be a pattern if I collected the locations and times of the Otherworld Store’s appearances, so I memorized them all. In the end, it was purely random, so I could not predict where the Otherworld Store would appear…”

“But since you came from the past, you will know where it will appear from now on.”
