Wedding Ending Chapter 30

Author: nicotine

However, it was difficult to know Kang Seunghyun’s inner thoughts. He didn’t laugh often like he did now. In front of Min Jaeyoon, he was also significantly less talkative. Not only did he never pour his heart out, but he was also not the type of personality to lean on others. Beside him, Min Jaeyoon’s only joy was watching Kang Jion.

Min Jaeyoon was the type to get excited and heated easily over anything. With a shiny sparkle in his pale face’s eyes, he struggled with all his heart and soul to fill in Kang Seunghyun’s lost memories. So much so that his hot chocolate was turning ice cold.

💍

The next day,

“Welcome, Secretary Song.”

Past noon. Min Jaeyoon greeted Secretary Song, who was entering the house, with a smiling face. Min Jaeyoon wasn’t the only one getting busy as the New Year’s party approached. Secretary Song’s shoulders were heavy as well.

“Have you eaten? Seunghyun is in the study. If you go in, I’ll bring you something to drink.”

“Then, I will leave it to you.”

Secretary Song was on his way from the office. He gathered a few urgent documents and the figures Managing Director Kang Seunghyun needed to know. Going back and forth between the company and the house, he had to restore Kang Seunghyun’s business-related memories.

Min Jaeyoon grabbed coffee, juice, and cookies and approached the front of the study door. As if waiting for him to enter, the door was open. Drawn by the presence, Kang Seunghyun’s gaze faced straight ahead. Secretary Song checked his wristwatch.

“I will go in 10 minutes later.”

Secretary Song took the glass of orange juice as he passed by.

“Thank you for the drink.”

He didn’t forget his manners either. On top of that, he even closed the door. Min Jaeyoon felt a sense of doubt, but he set the tray down on the study desk.

“Why is Secretary Song going out?”

Even so, he couldn’t not bring the tea. Kang Seunghyun had told him to bring it on time, and Secretary Song had asked as well.

Kang Seunghyun grabbed Min Jaeyoon’s slender wrist and pulled. Min Jaeyoon’s toes moved helplessly. Firm thighs trapped Min Jaeyoon’s knees. At the same time, Min Jaeyoon’s face hardened stiffly. Regardless, Kang Seunghyun tightly grabbed Min Jaeyoon’s butt with his large palm. Min Jaeyoon quickly grabbed Kang Seunghyun’s arm and pulled it down to detach it.

“There’s no time. 2 minutes have already passed.”

This was the problem whenever he brought tea. Kang Seunghyun demanded an appropriate reward for sitting in this room.

“….”

“I’m going to kiss you even if Song comes in.”

Hesitating while biting his lip was only for a moment; Min Jaeyoon’s upper body slowly bent forward. Still, wasn’t kissing in front of Secretary Song a bit much? No matter how much it might look to him like they were a married couple.

It was just at the moment when the reddish mucous membrane lightly touched Kang Seunghyun’s cold lips and was about to pull away. Kang Seunghyun snatched the back of his neck and pulled. He pushed his tongue into Min Jaeyoon’s lips and dug inside. Frowning around his eyes, Min Jaeyoon kept his attention sharply focused on the door that might open at any moment.

Kang Seunghyun intertwined, sucked, and rubbed against his frozen tongue. Meanwhile, a hand slid into the inside of his thigh.

“Mmh…!”

While surrendering his lips, Min Jaeyoon lowered both hands and struggled to pull him away. However, it was when Kang Seunghyun persistently fondled his hole with his long fingers.

Knock, knock. A knocking sound was heard.

Min Jaeyoon quickly pulled back as if springing away. Kang Seunghyun crumpled his eyes heavily. The door opened, and Secretary Song came in. He spoke in a nonchalant tone.

“I gave you 5 more minutes.”

Min Jaeyoon’s face burned hot. He hurriedly passed by Secretary Song’s side and left the study. The door closed tightly, and Secretary Song placed the completely emptied glass of orange juice onto the tray.

“Aren’t you coming back in an hour anyway? First, here are the meeting agenda items to be conducted this afternoon.”

Secretary Song spread out the materials he brought neatly so that he could see them well. With a mood-distorted face, Kang Seunghyun picked up a fountain pen.

💍

Yeonjin Group Strategic Planning Headquarters.

“Have you seen the articles?”

People began to sit one by one at the U-shaped conference room table.

“Of course. But isn’t it a blessing in disguise? For Vice President Min to be pregnant. I was so anxious, wondering if something terrible had happened to Managing Director Kang.”

“I heard it was a groundless rumor….”

At someone’s words, Managing Director Jo turned his head and boasted. He raised his angular chin even higher.

“That’s your problem! You should get the hint. Have you ever seen smoke without fire in this field? I’ve lived for sixty years, but I’ve never heard of such a thing.”

“Indeed. I agree as well.”

“By the way, it seems Managing Director Kang can’t make it today either.”

It was Managing Director Kang Seunghyun who always arrived right on time. Just from the fact that he didn’t show up, they predicted that it would be hard to see his face today as well.

“Representative Kang has arrived.”

People stood up. Kang Jion walked without hesitation and sat in the head seat. Secretary Ha assisted him.

Director Park casually asked Kang Jion.

“Have you heard the news, Representative? Is it true that Vice President Min is having a baby?”

Tension hung in the venue. Everyone looked at the distributed materials as if pretending not to hear, but they perked up their ears and waited for Kang Jion’s words. Kang Jion, who was looking at Secretary Ha, met his eyes and gathered a smile at the corners of his mouth.

“I don’t really know, but wouldn’t the two of them know?”

“They will show up at the New Year’s party, right?”

“They probably will.”

Faint sighs of relief flowed out from various places. Soon, the surroundings turned dark, and a blue beam of light preparing the presentation was shot.

💍

“…What happened? Song.”

Force was applied to the tip of Kang Seunghyun’s hand as he drew underline after underline on the documents. Before the paper tore, Secretary Song answered as he turned to the next page to show him.

“He seems to be late because he is preparing snacks.”

On the study desk sat three cups of coffee, three cups of orange juice, a plate of cookies, sandwiches, and a chocolate cake. They were all products that could be purchased commercially. Min Jaeyoon should be coming with the fourth cup very soon, but for some reason, he was nowhere to be seen.

“I guess I’ll have to go and see for myself.”

“Didn’t you promise to work for 45 minutes and rest for 15 minutes, Managing Director?”

“I can just not rest next time.”

Kang Seunghyun threw his fountain pen and stood up. Secretary Song let out a low sigh as he watched him open the door and leave. He had a duty to guide Kang Seunghyun onto the right path no matter what. He picked up a cookie in front of him and brought it to his mouth. A sweet taste lingered in his dry mouth.

Secretary Song quietly looked out the window. Serving Managing Director Kang Seunghyun by his side again was a stroke of luck in the midst of misfortune. Still, he couldn’t help but miss the ‘former’ Managing Director Kang Seunghyun every once in a while.

Thump, thump. At the sound of footsteps, Secretary Song’s gaze turned back. Although he estimated that he wouldn’t return for an hour, Kang Seunghyun came right back.

Sitting down with a disappointed face, he gripped the fountain pen as if he was going to crush it. Could it be that Vice President Min Jaeyoon wasn’t at home? Or did they fight….

“Did something happen?”

“He’s sleeping.”

“Pardon?”

“Jaeyoon is sleeping… How far did we get? Finish it within two hours.”

“But even if we work until tonight….”

Secretary Song glanced over his wristwatch. It was almost 4 o’clock.

“Are you gonna work until you die? Finish it within two hours. Since I shoved all of this into my head, bring something else.”

Secretary Song swallowed dry spit and lifted the stack of documents gathered together.

“First, this is the list of attendees for the New Year’s party that you need to review. I prepared it thinking it would be good for you to view the photos and profiles together.”

Kang Seunghyun snatched the bundle of papers.

“You can lead the conversation by bringing up topics that those people like.”

He flipped the photos with his left hand and checked the profiles with his right hand. It wasn’t much different from before, but his expression was not.

“Why the fuck do I need to know what these bastards like? I’m already pissed off because I forgot everything Jaeyoon likes, too….”

Even while venting his annoyance, Kang Seunghyun never barged out of his seat. Secretary Song expressed awe at Kang Seunghyun’s changed attitude. His memory was gone, but he was indeed the same person.

No, it seemed that wasn’t entirely the case. Kang Seunghyun bit down on his lower lip while looking down at the profile picture.

“Just wait and see. I’m going to take back everything I didn’t get, including extra. Rubbing my dick on Jaeyoon’s chest to make it hard….”
