It was a shocking story. I froze with a mug of hot chocolate and a floating marshmallow.

“But he seemed to hate me very much?”

“That’s why it’s weird. A man who has no contact with you hates you. It doesn’t make sense, does it?”

In life, there are times when you meet someone you don’t like for no reason. If I met 10 people, 7 of them hate me, 2 are not interested in me, and 1 is someone who likes me. It was easy to encounter people who hated me.

However, no matter how hard it was, it was difficult to meet someone who hated him this much for no reason. Even if there is an unprovoked antipathy, people with socialization do not usually show signs of hatred.

‘Because I’m too lazy to cause a conflict.’

It is only tiring to cause an unnecessary dispute, so it is likely to pass on, but Moon Kyung-sik did not.

“He acted like a man who waited for me. He deliberately bumped into me on the promenade where I went with general and talked, and then sprayed pheromones on me even though I was with Seo Eun-soo.”

This was an act of crossing the line. It wasn’t just that I hated it for no reason, but that I couldn’t do it unless I really hated myself terribly.

‘But he’s never even met Seong Chan-young?’

It was confusing. I guessed it would be the behavior of a person with a grudge, but it was hard to accept that he was not one, and that he had malicious intent on me for no reason.

How can a person do this? How can you spend this much time and emotion on someone you see for the first time and even put others at risk?

“That’s ridiculous.”

“I think so, too. Moon Kyung-sik is unkown. So he’s more dangerous. I can’t understand his intention.”

At least, if he had any unpleasant memories from the past with Seong Chan-young, he would have been able to understand. They would have tried to figure out a solution somehow.

‘But this is……. it’s like I’m unilaterally receiving ridiculous hate.’

I remembered it clearly. Moon Kyung-sik telling me that he liked me as an alpha and had fierce eyes as if he wanted to tear me apart to death.

“Is it true that Moon Kyung-sik has never met me?”

“None. I’ve reviewed the information about him several times, but you’ve never met him.”

“Then, then, he has a grudge against someone from Seong Eun Group, not me.”

Finally, I tried to bet on something suspicious, but Secretary Choi’s answer was the same.

“He doesn’t even have that. Moon Kyung-sik is an ordinary person. He is just an American student who likes surfing, not having any relationship with Seong Eun Group. Although the house was financially affordable, it was not enough to go to a gathering of people in the political and business world.”

“…….”

Then why was he doing this to me?

I was angry when I heard that there was nothing to pinpoint.

‘The heck with this guy.’

My head was throbbing. I just wanted to farm quietly, but a giant poo fly was interfering.

As I messaged at my temple and looked like I was dying from headache, Secretary Choi nodded and agreed.

“He’s someone who has no motivation to offend young master, but I can’t believe he’s doing this unless his liver is out of his stomach. How dare he attack the youngest young master of Seong Eun Group?”

No human being in their right mind could carelessly treat a member of Seong Eun Group, especially the owner’s family. Because Chairman Seong, who is scarier than a tiger, will not let you go.

“Do you think Moon Kyung-sik doesn’t know that I’m from the Seong Eun Group? He could have mistaken me because I resembled someone from his memory.”

“No. I think he knew. After asking people around him, they said that he started looking for young master at some point.”

“Why on earth….?”

“I don’t know that. I didn’t find out that much either. There was one strange thing.”

“A strange thing?”

“Just as young master changed after an extreme attempt, Moon Kyung-sik also seemed to have undergone a change like you. People around him said he seemed to be obsessed with young master.”

“What is that?”

I got goosebumps. I can’t believe he’s obsessed with Seong Chan-young even though he doesn’t like him. It sounds like some kind of warm iced Americano.

‘No, love and hate are never things that happen without a reason.’

While pondering what Secretary Choi said, I caught something on my mind.

“Secretary Choi.”

“Yes.”

“Did you just say he started being weird ‘like me’?”

“Yes. He’s almost the same as before, but they said there was a time when he felt discomfort, as if there was a shadow over him.”

“Discomfort…….”

One ridiculous possibility passed by. Moon Kyung-sik being a transmigrator like me.

“No way.”

It was hard to say no because I was already disproving myself by saying, “Is that nonsense?”

Doubt sprouted, but there was no way to check. A person who transmigrated will not easily divulge the fact that he transmigrated. Like how I’m hiding.

‘But why can’t you attack me even if you transmigrated?’

It was also a difficult question to answer. Even if I collected information through a background investigation, I felt frustrated, as if I were trapped in the dark, because I could not understand Moon Kyung-sik.

“For now…..I got it. Please continue to investigate Moon Kyung-sik. It doesn’t change that he is someone to look out for.”

“All right.”

‘I was full of pride that everything would be solved easily when I asked Secretary Choi to investigate.’

The fact that it wasn’t the case made me feel hopeless. In any case, Moon Kyung-sik came to this countryside to “protect his sick grandfather’s deathbed,” so it was ambiguous to kick him out unless he revealed the real intentions.

The villagers were kind and friendly, but it was because only the elderly lived in the neighborhood for a long time. It was a rather closed side.

They would not be happy to see me arguing with the grandson of Moon, an old member of the village. I came here to farm, but I’m an outsider, and Moon Kyung-sik was a blood-related member of a villager.

‘I’m going crazy.’

What did I do wrong in my previous life that twisted weird humans? There was a deep sigh.

Secretary Choi stared at me and then asked cautiously.

“Young master.”

“Why?”

“If it bothers you, should I take care of him without anyone knowing? I still have the manpower contact information I used to kidnap and detain Seo Eun-soo.”

“I won’t.”

I want to settle things legally. Who are you pushing to make a criminal?

“I don’t need such personnel, so please throw away the contact information.”

“I didn’t know you’d hate it this much. I’m sorry.”

“That’s enough, stop it. I want to live peacefully and quietly…….”

“The chairman said that if there are people who bother you, you can punish them by any means. Your grandfather is holding out with his back, so don’t worry about the future.”

Chairman Seong……!

“……No. Tell Grandpa not to do that.”

“All right.”

This was a shortcut to ruining his grandson’s life. I didn’t expect Chairman Seong to be so generous to his changed grandson, Seong Chan-young.

‘But this isn’t right……. What if I acted like an idiot?’

What would it have been like if Seong Chan-young heard this? No fear; he would have jumped in and moved toward the end of the doom.

“Right now, it’s better to investigate the weaknesses so that we can send them away without encountering Moon Kyung-sik as much as possible. Secretary Choi, I’m sure you’re busy, but please.”

“What are you talking about? This is what I have to do.”

“Yeah. I’ll pay you well, so don’t worry.”

Secretary Choi’s face was in full bloom at my words. It looked very good to be happy without any worries, like a dough rolled with a rolling pin.

‘I envy you…….’

I want to farm with a big smile like that, but how can I care about the lugworm.

‘My life.’

I felt more unlucky after I became possessed. It was a different annoyance than when I stayed sick in the hospital.

⚝ ⚝ ⚝

A few days later, I encountered the unwelcome Moon Kyung-sik again, accidentally.

“Oh, hello. Seong Chan-young ssi?”

“…….”

“Who are the people next to you? There are only very handsome people who are tall. Can you introduce yourself?”

‘What’s wrong with him?’

I was on my way back from grocery shopping, but I didn’t expect to see Moon Kyung-sik’s face again. I didn’t expect a sudden car to block our way.

“Do you know him?”

“He is…..someone……I know.”

Chae Yoon-chan whispered in my ear. Yoo Yi-seo, Baek Do-jun, and Joo Tae-kang were also sending signals to Moon Kyung-sik, asking me who that was.

‘Because these people have never seen Moon Kyung-sik.’

That’s probably why they’re standing still. As soon as I told them, they’ll be asking me about him like crazy dogs.

“It’s fate that we bumped into each other like this, so why don’t we go eat at my house?”

Moon Kyung-sik had a different attitude from the previous two meetings.

He’s like…… He was acting like a courting male peacock.

But not to me, but to the gongs.

‘Wasn’t he an alpha?’

Of course, love can overcome borders, race, and character barriers……. But isn’t he being too obvious?

  1. ….he’s not going to be happy about how chummy all the alphas are with SCY.

  2. So just a guess could it be the real SCY who transmigrated into that MKS guy? After all it is to weird. And we already kinda know the real SCy is still around since he tried strangle him in previous chapter when he collapsed. That would slso explain his hate for SCY and his peacock behaviour when meeting the Alphas.
