All Yimyeong wanted was an ordinary life.

Nine years ago, when the existence of alphas and omegas was still unknown to the world, a secret emerged within the body of 15-year-old Yimyeong after a severe fever. In his masculine body, a small slit appeared in the perineum between his genitals and anus. Born amidst excruciating pain that felt like it was tearing his flesh, that slit was tiny but carried an immense presence, large enough to consume Yimyeong’s entire life.

Five years ago, when Yimyeong was 19, the world underwent a profound shift. Humanity came to accept alphas and omegas as a new kind of human. Yimyeong, too, realized the truth behind the confusion he had experienced during puberty, but nothing changed for him now. The mountain of debt remained, and the suffocating reality, with no clear path to improvement, pressed down on him. The clamor of the world didn’t resonate with Yimyeong.
